Hi my lovely readers, thank you for taking time to read my newest poem:) I wanted to add something though, you may not know it but my brain has no filter when it comes to my poetry so it really helps to get feedback. When I post something, for the most part, in my eyes it could be good or complete garbage and I'm not able to tell. The story behind the poem is actually really odd but I guess it doesn't matter where I get inspiration from:)

A song to sing inside of your head
A poem to patch up where you have bled
A tale to brighten the walls of your soul
Actors to help you fit your role
Whisper things in your ear
Installing a set of new fear
A book to pluck at your heart
Music for when you fall apart
This is the story of how we are us
And the battles that lay within.
