Well, I came home all happy and then sudden I see those two blue eyes that have confused me ever since the first day.

"U-Uh hi Luke." I say like the awkward person I am.

I hear someone clear their throat too and my eyes widen when I see Mrs. Hemmings there too.

"Oh, and you too Mrs. Hemmings" I say blushing a bit.

That causes her to laugh. "No no sweetheart, outside school, you can call me Liz."

I smile and repeat her name. It's cute.

Like Luke.

Shut up.

I take a seat and immediately we start talking about how school is going. I catch Luke staring at me from the corner of my eye and I can't help but to smile.

I excuse myself and go to the bathroom to check my face.

What is he doing to me? I'm with Calum. I can't do this.

I hear a knock on the bathroom door. I quickly turn on the tap and wash my face. "I'll be out in a minute!"

I take one last look at myself in the mirror and unlock the door. But as soon as I do that, I bump into someone's chest.

"Oh Jesus, I'm sorry! I-"

"No no, it's okay."

My eyes widen and I look up. I bit my lip in nervousness which makes him chuckle.

"Don't do that,"

I immediately stop and look at to him, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Why?"

He comes near my ear and whispers in a completely different voice. One that I'm not quite used to hearing.

"You have no idea what you do to me, princess."

I feel my cheeks heating up and he walks away chuckling.

I go back and help clear the table as my Mom and Mrs Hemmings continue their conversation.

Luke walks out a few minutes later and smiles at me as if nothing happened. I quickly turn my gaze towards the table.

Later at 8pm

My Mom walks over to me and looks at me with that little Mom smile she does.

I groan. "Whhhhhaaattt?" she just smiles and asks "What is with you and that Luke guy? I thought you were with Calum?"

I hang my head low, hoping she doesn't see the goofy smile I'm wearing.

"Oh I see that smile darling, don't try to hide it. But just so you know, I ship you guys together." she says and walks of chuckling, leaving me to die of embarrassment.
