Ok Mari, new school day. Anything could happen. Stay calm and stay happy. I took a deep breath and plastered on a smile.
"Oh look, it's Marinette. Wonder what's new in the diary of losers!" Chloe hissed and cackled. I swear that girl is a witch. Ohh, if I could- Nope. No. Don't lose your cool Mari, don't do it. Breathe. Ignore the pain.
"Not today Chloe. Not today." I say and walk away calmly. Then an arm grabs me I'm pulled to the side, and into the girls locker room. I was going to scream but a hand covered my mouth. I turned and looked at my kidnapper. It was just Alya.
"nice going girl, but I have big news! Chat Noir's at our school!" Alya let go of my mouth and squealed.
"What? Oh no, what's that crazy cat doing here?" I say although I already have a good idea.
"He keeps asking for his 'purrrincess'."
Oh no. I've got to go get him. I run out of the locker room to the top stairs where I see Chat on the first floor calling "Purrrincess!"
I run downstairs and grab his arm and drag him outside to the side of the school building.
"Have you no shame? What the heck Chat! What's so important?"
"I just wanted to see if my princess is feeling better, is that so hard to ask?" The cat replied, a smirk appearing on his face.
"Chat, I'm fine. You didn't have to yell to the whole school your little nickname for me!"
"Why purrrincess, I love your nickname."
To be honest, I did too, but that wasn't the point.
"Ok you silly kitty, be gone before someone sees us and thinks we're..." I couldn't get out the last part, only because I wanted it so bad.
"Together?" Chat finished for me, a sly grin on his lips. "I suppose you're right, princess, so I better disappear like the Cheshire Cat!" And with that he extended his baton and was gone. And all that was left in my brain was his silly smile.
