A quick redraw just to see how far I've come :>

The new one still isn't my best work ever, not even close (I'm not really fond of it at all, actually) but it certainly beats the other two.

The first one was actually drawn with a mouse on Photoshop Elements 8 by a little ten/eleven year old me who didn't understand how to draw cats or use photoshop to draw said cats AT ALL.

The second one was drawn when the Blur Tool was my best and only friend and therefore I decided my art would be better if I just blurred the living daylights out of EVERYTHING.
(The Blur Tool and I aren't as close anymore, but we're still friends)

And the third and most recent one was drawn rather poorly and lazily by an equally poor and lazy artist—the current me.
