I'm not sure about this one.. I've got his personality down and it's solid, but the design I'm not quite so fond of.

If anyone here's good at character design and has some critiques, I'd appreciate them. The only restrictions are that he has to be tan, black/dark gray, and white, and his eye color has to stay the way it is, but the pattern is completely up for critique. I also don't care about the pattern being realistic, as you could probably tell from my previous ref sheets.
