Lory's POV

"Are you okay!?Oh my!why didn't you tell me anything about this?pano na kung may nangyaring masama sainyo?Mabuti na lang at agad akong sinabihan ni Sofia kung anong balak niyo,kaya natawagan ko kaagad mga driver niyo."Father said worriedly while he hugged me and my mother."What if something bad happen to my precious ladies?hindi ko alam kung ano ang magagawa ko!"

"Dad,don't worry,we're okay now."then I hug him back.

"Basta,sa susunod kung ano man ang gagawin mo,you should tell us first,okay?we are your parents and it is duty to protect and to make sure that your safe,we love you and we don't wanna loose you again."sabi naman ni Mommy sakin.

"Okay Mom,I promise."then I smiled at them with guilty expression for making them worried and scared."I will never do it again."I was about to hug them again when suddenly someone spoke from behind.

"Uhmm,Can I excuse her for a second Mr. And Mrs. Moon?"when I heard that familiar shy tone I automatically turn my head to fave him and welcome him my tight embrace.

"Oh my gosh!thank God your safe."

"And that is because of you,my heroine."then he smiled at me genuinely.

After the most tragic and the most death defying confrontation earlier,we are now all safe and sound while the cops and medics doing their job,it's kind'a horrible to know that Mrs. Tessa end her life mercilessly by jumping down the building,it's sad to think that it happened,pero wala na ako g magagawa kung ganun man ang naging desisyon niya,this could be hard for Hattie na ngayon ay dinadala na sa hospital dali medyo malala yung pagkabagok ng ulo niya which actually make me feel sorry about that,pero nadala lang kami sa mga galit at emosyon namin kaya nagawa namin yung mga bagay na yun at sana naman ay mawawakasan na tong problema at galit na to upang bumalik na ang lahat sa normal.

"Hey?!Hello?are you there?can I talk to Lory please."

I was out of my thoughts when all of the sudden I noticed August's hands waving in front of me and trying to get my attention.

"Oh!I'm sorry,May naalala lang ako."nauutal kong sabi sakaniya sabay nagawkward laugh ako.

"No,it's fine,I understand kung bakit ka nagkakaganiyan,kahit ako nagulat sa mga pangyayari,mabuti na lang they only tied me up and taped my mouth at hindi na nila ako sinaktan further more,I guess their only intention is to scare us."he said conversationally.

"Yah,I think so too."

We were about to walk away nung bigla kong napansin ang mga nurses and stuff ay nagsisigawan ng "Tabi-Tabi"kaya agad akong lumapit sa kinaroroonan nila to see the person that is now laying on the stretcher while covered in blood and when the moment I recognize the person's face it literally make me step back is shocked while covering my mouth in disbelief.

"What happened to him?!"

"I know,it's Gideon,they said that he attempted to shot his head directly that's why in God's mercy ay hindi ito natuloy at natapyasan lang daw,so I think that he'll be fine."he said to me while his hand is rested around my waist to balance my weight,because I don't think that I could take this anymore with my shaky knee begging me to take a rest.

Tears started to fall when I realize that all of this happened because of me,If I weren't be impulsive enough to merge here without a plan,any of this wouldn't happening.

"Lory?why are you crying?"he said in a concerned tone. He then wiped my tears.

"This is all my fault."I shouted,words are trembling and disturbing thoughts rambling through my head.
