THE DOOR KNOCKED loudly and Daisy smiled, getting up from the couch and walking towards the door. Her fingers lingered over the door knob before a wider smile crept onto her face and she flung the door open with enthusiasm. Nick grinned and put his arm over the girl's shoulders and walking her over to where she was previously sat.

"Cake?" Nick asked as he brought a pack of four cupcakes from behind his back. A giggle and a little thanks escaped her lips as she took the chocolate one. "So, what's going on?" He questioned as he put his feet on the small table in front of him before she kicked him and sternly told him that the table was for drinks and objects not feet.

"I think I love Daniel and I think he loves me too." She blurted out, a sigh escaping her lips as she finally breathed out the words she had been holding in for weeks. Her feeling had been overtaking her mind, she didn't know what was going on, her head was jumbled.

"Think? Or you do? Because thinking and actually doing are two completely different things, Daisy." He shrugged as he looked at her. He knew what she was going through but she had to get her thoughts straightened out or she'd never get to her happy place.

"I don't know Nick and it's really starting to piss me off. Why can't I just know? You should be able to know if you love someone right? Maybe it means I don't. What's going on." Daisy rambled, a hand running down her face in stress.

"Why are you being like this? It's like you're trying to put yourself off loving him. I can see that you do so why won't you admit it?" He asked and he was right. She did love him but it was hard.

"Because... because what if I'm not good enough for him. I'm some girl from Manchester who didn't have a job for, well let's say a pretty fucking while. He's some big tv star, people appreciate him. Oh my God, Nick help."

"First of all, shut the absolute fuck up. Why would you even say that, people appreciate you. A lot of people. Especially Daniel, and he definitely does not think that you're not good enough for him. That's insane, Dais." He explained and when he turned his head his eyes widened at the sight of a tear running down her cheek. "What are you doing! Make it stop. Daisy, no. Stop it." He told her sternly whilst wiping away her tears. "I don't like it."

"I hate you." Daisy laughed as she nudged his side. "Thank you, though. But I need some more of your wise words. What do I do."

"Is that a question you need to ask?"

"Maybe."

"Tell him, you muppet." He shook his head with a laugh and in a rush Daisy jumped up from her seat and took her phone from the kitchen counter. Nick looked at her and nodded, so, with a deep breath she clicked his contact number.
