So anyways, this character is called Baby. She was a survivor of being held captive by the phantoms. (She was very young then)
She was saved by my main character, Empress. She likes anime and cute stuff, and is very timid.

Also, her purple eyes come from being exposed to phantom radiation, she also sometimes cries black tears.
