Leo's POV
I woke up to a sleeping Winter. She looked so peaceful in my arms. I kissed her forehead and she smiled. I couldn't help but stare at her. I thought about the note and it made me frown up. I didn't want to lose her but if I want her to be safe I have to leave her alone.
I knew this wasn't going to be easy but it must be done for the sake of her.
I went down stairs and saw Mrs. Foster cleaning. "Morning Leo." she spoke while cleaning up she really didn't need to but oh well. "Morning Mrs. Foster." I spoke back hugging her. She hugged me back while humming.
"Ugh." I heard Winter groan. She walked towards the stairs. She tripped and tumbled down the stairs. "Winter!" I ran to assist her. "Oh my." Mrs Foster was shocked to see Winter. She just groaned.
I picked her up bridal style and sat on the couch with her in my lap. "Why hello there." Mrs Foster brought her an ice pack with medicine for her head. "Hello." Winter answered sheeply.
"Mrs Foster Im going to take Winter home and go to the store." I was so aggravated. I put Winter in the car and kissed her forehead. I drove to her house and watched her walk in the door. I pulled off thinking about how I was going to let Winter go.
I went up to my room. Ok how about I tell Winter that's she's a slut and that I never liked her. No too harsh.
Or maybe that I can't see me and her being together and that I can't be tied down by some nerd. I think that's good.
Or how about I tell her that I can't be around her anymore and that I just don't want to be bothered right now. Good I'll do number 2 and 3.
Man. Im not looking forward to tomorrow. I just don't want to hurt her. Man I'll do anything to protect this girl even if it meant losing her.
