Bubbles' P.O.V

I feel like crying. Then eating. Then crying all over again.

"I can't take it! I-I told him I loved him! I'm a liar!" I wail. Blossom looks up from her book, looking annoyed but I can see the sadness behind her eyes. Right now we were at Blossom's cabin because we were sure Brick would avoid us. We were wrong.

The door opened and all three RowdyRuffs stopped dead when they saw us. The soccer ball that BC was tossing up in the air clattered to the floor as she missed it. Blossom broke the silence by closing her book with a loud snap.

"Well I'm going to get something to eat," she says, getting up and pushing past the stunned boys.

"I second that!" BC says, lifting her hand into the air and thumping out after blossom. I pause for a moment and then get up and quietly push past the boys and go to the mess hall.

Inside the room buzzed with loud noises and activity, and although we didn't participate we listened in.

"Did you see those cute three brothers?" a blonde girl asks. My body stiffens and I look at the girls, but their listening to someone else.

"The red blonde and black ones?" her friend asks with a squeal.

"Yup! They were interested in Momo, Miya and Kaoru but I heard they turned 'em down! They're loss!" she squealed back. Her friend giggled and I felt something touch my hand.

I look down and see that it's Momoko's hand lying on mine. So she hadn't been listening to someone else after all?

"It's for the best," is all she says before throwing away her lunch tray. She walks towards the doors but takes a detour to the girls I was listening to and whispers to them while walking. The girls turn around, looking shocked and slightly scared but Momoko was already gone.

I laugh and turn to see if BC had seen it when I realize she left. Probably to play sports, she did that when she was mad.

"Is this seat taken?" I hear someone ask. I look up and see a boy with blond hair and green eyes.

"No," I sigh, hoping he'll pick up on my foul mood, but he just thanks me and sits down. Soon enough there are three other boys here. One was Mitch, the other the blond boy, and the final was a kid with brown hair and amber eyes.

"So you have any friends?" the brown haired one asks with a wink. This would typically seem flirty but after getting to know them I got used to it.

"Actually I-" I start.

"Hey Miya!" Blossom says cheerfully and stops when she sees the boys. She looks down at me and raises an eyebrow. "Given up already?"

"What! No! Momoko this is Mitch, Bruce, and Josh," I say pointing to Mitch, blond guy, and brown haired guy.

"Is this one of your friends?" Bruce asks. Mitch looks up and smiles and I see Blossoms mood take a swing for the worse.

"Ah! Hello Momo-Chan!" Mitch purrs. Momoko rolls her eyes and glares.

"You have no right to call me that," she growls, folding her arms angrily.

"Of course. How could I forget?" Mitch says with fake sympathy. He turns to the guys. "You said you always wanted to meet the girl that put me in the hospital. Here she is! Momoko Aktusumi!"

"You're the one that beat up Mitch?" Bruce says, astonished.

"Awesome! I love it!" Josh yells, holding up a hand for Blossom to high-five. Blossom eyes him wearily and sits down next to me.

"He's not as bad as he seems," I assure with a small smile. Momoko's lip quivers as if she were about to join me, then stops.

"Right."
