Hey guys its Gingaminga13 here back with the seventh chapter of 'The Twelve Elements'. Now it has been a while since I last updated, there has just been a lot of schoolwork for me to do. In other news, I have gotten a proofreader. She is called @Haibara_13 so go and check her out. I also have had 3 OC's supplied to me, which narrows down the amount I need considerably. These OC'S won't be added to the story until at least the land of waves mission so there is still time for anyone to give me any OC'S to add to the fanfic. For anyone who wants to do this, look at one of the previous chapters labeled 'OC descriptions and get your own OC'. That is all for now.

It has been a few hours since Shai and tenshi went to do the ANBU tests and Naruto was getting bored. Yes he wanted to get strong but he couldn't be bothered to do the same old stupid exercises over and over again. It was nearly lunch and he couldn't wait because after that the the twins will teach him kenjutsu and taijutsu and lots of other jutsu things. All he had to do was last a few more minutes until he could stuff his face full of ramen, the food of the gods. Instead of actually doing his schedule he sat and watched the clock ticking, and slowly edging towards 12 o'clock. Little did he know that shai and tenshi had got home and were standing behind him, waiting for him to notice them. They waited for five minutes until Shai got bored and coughed. From the back, Naruto froze and slowly turned around to see the two he hoped would not return for a few more minutes. His eyes were filled with fear as he held his mouth open, trying to explain what he was doing. The twins put on their evil faces and glared back at him. The glares caused Naruto to scurry off and hide under his bed. He only came out when hearing the laughter from Shai followed up with a "Ow! What did you do that for!" and "You Idiot". The young boy crawled out of his bed and tip-toed to the door to see Shai on the floor holding his head with his sister standing over him. When they noticed Naruto standing in the doorway they quickly acted like nothing ever happened. Tenshi was the one that started the conversation.

"Hey Naruto. I know that you were skipping training but I will let that slide for now. I am aware that we said we would start to teach you kenjutsu, taijutsu and stuff like that but we will have to leave that for tomorrow. We have to go to the ANBU headquarters for the remainder of the day so we wont be able to teach you. Instead we want you to go to the ninja library. Now i know you don't like reading but you will have to eventually. When you are there I want you to find stuff on kenjutsu styles, taijutsu styles and senjutsu. Also try and find information of different clans and their styles. This will come in useful because you can then find a way to counter those styles. We want you to do tis for the rest of the day but don't get home too late. This will also what you will do when me and Shai go on missions until you can memorise all of the information or you have progressed enough to train yourself. That i all for the moment as we have to be at the ANBU headquarters soon." After taking in all this information, Naruto jumped into the centre of the room and yelled "Yosh!" before running out of the door on the way to the ninja library. The twins watched him leave from the window and just chuckled to themselves before using a shunshin to get the the ANBU headquarters.

*With Naruto*

The young boy ran down the street ignoring the glares he was receiving, just trying to make his way to the shinobi district as that was where the ninja library was located. Making his way into the shinobi district, he was met with a lot less glares than in the civilian part of the village and he slowed down considerably. He walked up to the library which was a large old concrete building that almost resembled a temple. The first thing he saw when walking in was the multiple floors of book and scrolls. There were two floors. The bottom had multiple rows of books and scrolls, so much so that it took up the whole floor. The next floor only had scrolls on bookcases on the walls around the edge. Surprisingly, to Naruto, there weren't many people here, the only one looked like they were already retired. The library was so big, in young Naruto's perspective, that he didn't know where to start. He spied an old woman who looked as though she was a librarian here so to find out where he needed to go. As he walked towards her she turned around and noticed him.
