Chapter 8

Well, I'm back with another chapter I guess. It's crazy, for me, to think that a story that i thought of on a whim already has over 500 views. I know that isn't much of an achievement for other people but for me it's quite a large accomplishment. Also, if anyone actually reads this, I'm still looking for constructive criticism to make to fanfic even better. I also apologise for not updating for a while. Its just because I have school so the chances for me to actually update are quite few.

It was a month after Naruto had started learning from the twins and he had made a lot of progress. He was now very adaptable with taijutsu and kenjutsu with almost low chunin level skills. He was also quite proficient with fuinjutsu and ninjutsu, but had not progressed to elemental ninjutsu yet, the twins deciding to work on his taijutsu and kenjutsu foremost. Medical jutsu was also something that Naruto had taken a small interest in but decided to only learn the basics just for crucial situations. It was now time for Naruto to start the academy, not that he needed to learn anything there but he needed to so he could progress to genin.

Naruto woke up from the small amount of sunlight breaching through his curtains. Today was the day that he finally started the academy. He got up out of bed and went to get ready. After he had eaten and gotten changed, he started his morning exercises. At first, he found these to be tedious but he was slowly beginning to see a difference in his fighting that could only come from having more muscle and speed. He did this for about half an hour before he was interrupted with tenshi coming out of the twin's room with her hair a mess and looking tired. She sat down at the table before noticing that Naruto too was up. The younger boy quickly joined her at the table so they could talk about his plan for the academy. Naruto was well aware that he was too strong to be an academy student and that if the villagers found out about his true strength then they would try and hunt him even more, saying that the demon is getting too strong. "Morning Naruto, are you ready for the academy?" said tenshi. After seeing Naruto nod she continued. "Remember, don't show your true strength, only show the stuff that will let you pass easily. If you find anyone there that you feel like you can trust then you are welcome to show them your real power but until then just go with the bare minimum. If you want then later we could maybe start working on a few low level elemental jutsu." At hearing this, Naruto's face lit up before noticing the time and his face fell, before running out of the door to get to the academy on time. 

Naruto only ran on top of the roofs so that he wouldn't be noticed by the villagers and attacked again. When he finally made it to the academy he was a couple of minutes early. The courtyard outside was full of new students and their parents, who when seeing Naruto started whispering things betweens them. Things like "Why is that demon here?", and "He shouldn't be allowed to become a ninja" were just a few of the things Naruto heard. Instead of reacting to it, he just stood there with his head low, ignoring the insults until students began to trickle into the academy. When he got into the classroom, the class was almost full. When he entered all of the other students became silent and stared at him, most with the same hatred for him as their parents. His head drooped as he made his way to a spare seat next to a boy with black hair the shape of a ducks butt, who was also one of the only ones who didn't glare at him. When Naruto sat down, the boy looked at him for a second before turning away again. By then, his new classmates had started talking again before their teacher came in. He was a young man with brown hair and a scar over the ridge of his nose. He introduced himself and started to go over what they would be learning over the next few years. This entailed all the academic lessons as well a the actual ninja stuff like shurikenjutsu and taijutsu. Halfway through the lecture, Naruto started falling asleep before giving in to unconsciousness.
