The next day, as the paperwork was being approved, Spider-Man decided to take Deadpool out on patrol after he asked Tony and Steve of course. Patrol wasn't usually something he did until around 8pm but today the 2 of them left around 5pm.

They stood on a roof of a tall building just a couple miles from the tower. Spider-Man was absolutely freezing as spandex was no match to the cold specs of snow grazing his and Deadpool's suits. He was visibly shaking, his shoulders moved vigorously and his teeth chattered far too loud, it was a bit miserable working in the winter.

But they were on patrol, he decided it would be better not to complain even though they'd been out there at least an hour with nothing out of the ordinary.

"Okay, baby boy, there's no crime here except how well you wear that spandex so what do you say we go back to my place, split a pizza, and then I can split yo-" Spider-Man covered Deadpool's mouth with his hand, cutting off the sentence. Spider-Man felt heat rise to his cheeks and was thankful for the mask hiding his blush.

"Shut up, 'Pool, we have actual things to do stop trying to flirt with me. Your lines are shit anyway." He rolled his eyes and heard Deadpool gasp, forcibly pushing Spider-Man's hand down.

"You love it." Deadpool insisted knowingly.

Luckily for Spider-Man, his spidey sense sent off before having to answer to the stupid pick up lines and annoyances of Deadpool. He, per usual, grabbed Deadpool's wrist and commanded him to climb on his back.

Of course, Deadpool always had something to say. "Riding you? Could take me to dinner first but I can never resist your temptation, Spidey, my love!" Without any warning, he hopped onto the smaller man's back which caused them to almost fall off the roof but Spider-Man caught his balance.

He did his best to ignore the stupid comments of his partner, it became more frequent and he didn't need to wonder why. Other times when they were alone, he was at his worst and Deadpool restrained himself from hitting on him or making too many jokes in order to comfort him instead.

Now, they were on patrol and Spider-Man wasn't having a mental breakdown so Deadpool left his mental filter behind.

Spider-Man swung only a couple buildings over and landed them in front of a small bank on 24th where a robbery was currently in progress.

4 men fully in black outfits stood inside, one with an AK-47 pointing it at any customer who dared to move. Another of them was jumping over the counter with a big, gray bag and smacked the cashier with a stapler which was an odd weapon choice but they wouldn't judge. The other 2 had handguns and as one fired to the air, Spider-Man and Deadpool agreed to get their asses in there without a plan of attack.

Spider-Man waltzed in the bank like nothing was going on and Deadpool followed, somehow more cautious than his partner.

Immediately, 3 guns were aimed at Spider-Man's head and he put his hands up in surrender.

"I didn't think there'd be this many holes pointed at my face tonight." He commented sassily. The 3 men still in the room looked at each other as if to say 'is this guy for real?' They all got ready to shoot and Deadpool watched his partner, hoping he had a plan.

Spider-Man quickly threw his arm out and webbed the AK-47 and proceeded to swing it at one of the men on the right, hitting him in the face. With his free hand, Spider-Man webbed the fallen guy to the wall with a small grunt.

Deadpool realized he shouldn't just stand around. He ran passed his friend and to the man who previously held the AK (he assumed the man was compensating for something and nicknamed him dainty dick). For a laugh, Deadpool kicked Dainty Dick in the nuts then in the face a few times to keep him down.
