Chapter 2: Arrival

Laras pov
  We arrived at my new home and I walked inside. When I saw the house I suddenly didn't feel so bad about leaving. Our house was a two story building and had a pool and a lot more bathrooms than my last house.
"Honey there are a few skate parks around here so if you wanna visit them you can" my mom yelled from the kitchen "ok is it alright if I go right now to just clear my head a little bit" I asked my mom, she nodded and I was out the door. I arrived at the skate park but I noticed there wasn't a lot of girls there just mostly guys. I shrugged and went and did some tricks. When I attempted one I failed and scraped my knee. I was blinded by the sun but them I started to get my vision back when the sun was covered by two heads "are you ok" they said in sync "uh, yea" I reply still trying to see clearly. "Hear let us help you up" one of them said. So I let them and next thing I know I got my vision back  and I swear I was looking into the eyes of an angel. "Hi I'm Grayson, and this is my twin brother Ethan". "Oh uh I'm Lara" I said trying not to Blush "oh it seems you have gotten scraped up with that 180." Grayson said. "Oh that, it's fine" I said waving it off " you sure It looks pretty bloody mind if I help " Grayson said. "It fine you dont have to, it's not the worst that's happened"I replied with a slight smile. "Hey, so there is this party at my friends house later and I was wondering if you wanted to maybe come with us" Grayson said with a smile and nervous face. "Ummm sure. Why not?" I replied. We exchanged numbers and addresses he said he would pick me up at eight and I said ok Waving goodbye "see you later" Grayson said with a big smile and slightly blushing "peace" I replied with the same smile.
Grayson's  pov
"Dude you totally like her" i heard Ethan say "w-what do you mean" I replied nervously "Dude you were totally blushing and flirting" Ethan says with a smirk "No I wasn't! W-was I ? Oh god dude what if she thinks I'm like some kind of creep" I say frightened at the fact. "Calm down bro its gonna be fine" Ethan says trying to calm me down.

Lara's pov
* the walk back home*
"Peace? Was that all you had to say was peace?! Who even says peace anymore? He probably thinks you are a weirdo or something now." I say under my breath in anger.
I am home and walk inside to see my mom and dad in the kitchen cooking dinner with music blasting and them dancing and singing together I smile and run up stairs to my room. I opened my laptop and went to Facebook I searched "Grayson" I had to scroll little but then I saw his picture "dolan" "hmm cute but oddly familiar" I whispered to my self I tapped his profile but it had a star next to his name I thought nothing of it and debated with myself if I should send a friend request "is it to soon? You just met the guy." I said to myself. I was hovering over the friend request and about to tap when all the sudden I felt a vibration right next to me so I check my phone to see what it was

Lizz💙😇: hey I miss you! How is it over there? Any hot babes ?!!😏"
Me: I MISS YOU TOOOOOO!💙 it's good so far and well yea there is this one guy..👻

"Lara can you come down here for a minute me and your father need to talk to you" mom yelled up the stairs
"Coming!" I replied
"So honey me and your father got you a present because we know how upset you were to leave home"my mom said smiling "um ok?" I replied nervously
"Go open the door sweetheart" my father told me. I rushed to the door and took a deep breath and then opened it. I peeked through and saw the one person I thought I would never see in a while..
