chapter 10: Fix us

** Lara's POV**

I slowly opened My eyes I see everyone in the room and Grayson next to me holding my hand I squeeze his hand slightly and he looks up at me with tears in his eyes "hey you're awake, how you feeling?" He asked while standing up alerting the everyone that i'm awake " Alive" I replied slightly chuckling. He slightly laughed looking down but sad. By this point everyone was standing up swarming my bed " hey how you doing, Hey sweetheart, Oh thank god don't ever do that again." everyone kept speaking at once and it was honestly annoying. "Thanks you guys, I truly do appreciate it but can I get a minute alone, with Grayson?" I looked up at Grayson and he was still looking down and everyone nodded and walked out " What's wrong?" I looked up at Grayson waiting for a reply and he slowly squeezed my hand a little tighter " Huh? nothing I'm alright"He tried to fake a smile but I could tell. " I know you are lying now tell me whats wrong." He looked up at me and slightly chuckled " so you are here lying in a hospital bed but you are asking about me?" I slightly smiled and became a little red " just shut up and tell me whats wrong" I laughed and barely punched his arm. "  His face transitioned from a smile to a frown " can we not talk about it? please." He looked down with tear starting to form in his eyes " Hey don't hide your feelings because we all know how it will turn out" I motioned toward my body clarifying I was talking about my situation " you can't do that" I gave him a confused " you can't do that as in you can't use this as an excuse and you can't keep doing this! you can't keep saying you are fine and then the next minute you are in a hospital because you tried to kill yourself! you can't just self pity yourself because you have a shit load of people you can talk to and you just simply choose to not and i don't know why because we actually give a damn! I am tired of you not talking to us! I am tired of having such a terrible feeling 24/7 because I am scared that one day i am going to see my girlfriend  on the floor dead and pale white with no pulse. I don't want to lose you because you are my world so can you stop thinking about yourself for a split second when you are sitting there about to hang from a noose and think about us and everyone you have and how much damn pain you are putting us in because you are not just simply killing yourself you are killing us and you are killing me!"  Grayson had been yelling and I surprised that no one came running in to check on us. " if you are so tired then why don't you just stop worrying and leave? Why don't you just leave me here, there is no reason for you to be here just leave go live a wonderful life without me and just move on and be free with me not tugging you back!" I had tears formed in my eyes as Graysons face was heating up and getting really red. "NO GOT DAMMIT THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU KEEP TRYING TO PUSH EVERYONE WHO LOVES YOU AND WHO YOU LOVE AWAY! I'M NOT LEAVING BECAUSE YOU NEED ME NOW MORE THAN EVER AND I AM NOT JUST GOING TO ABANDON YOU I LOVE YOU AND WE WILL FIGHT THROUGH THIS BUT IN ORDER TO DO THAT WE HAVE TO MAKE CHANGES BECAUSE WHAT WE ARE DOING CLEARLY ISN'T WORKING! SO WE ARE GOING TO TALK ABOUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND HOW AND WE'RE GOING TO DO SO BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO RISK LOSING YOU AGAIN!!!"  Grayson had tears flowing down his face while i was looking down at my hands taking everything in "Ok" ...
