Ready

She was ready

Ready to fly with her love

He died from suicide

He was so depressed he didn't show it to his love and she never knew

She felt so stupid and devastated

She became depressed

She stopped eating, stopped going out, stopped doing the things that made her happy, even with her dead lover

She was done living that way

She wanted her lover... she needed him

But she knew she wasn't there for him when he needed her the most and that's what made her even sadder

But it was time

Time to make things right

It really wasn't a right choice but she messed up and she's ready to see her lover again

They both lived in an apartment together, two blocks up from the roof, and that's where she's headed

She got there and started to cry, wishing there was another way but her mind and her heart was blinded and choked but depression and bad decisions that she wanted to go away

She walked closer to the edge, she went up to the edge of the building and closed her eyes and breathed the air one last time before it's all gone

She remembers her life and how happy she was with her lover and everyone else she loved but left her

A tear rolled down her eyes, she silently cried the last time

Her last words 'I can finally be with him now... forever... good bye world'

And she leaned forward then.... she jumped

She was falling and falling... then everything began to slow down like time froze

She was happy, happy once again because she's ready to expect this, she's ready to see her love once again and forever more

She was distracted with her own thoughts she didn't know she dropped down already to the concrete

She looks around and see her own blood running down the concrete and people hovering over her

Her sight began to blur and her breathing started to die down slowly

Her last tear ran down her as she closed her eyes

She opened her eyes only to see brightness all around her

She turned and all she saw was light

Until

She saw the only person she wanted to be with forever

....

....

Her lover was right there, smiling at her

She started to cry and run towards him and gave him a big hug

'I'm sorry I wasn't there for you'

'I'm sorry I left you'

Now they were happy once again
