After years of running and hiding, my brother and I were finally accepted to a school, where we could have shelter, and food. The principal found us wandering on the streets, and felt sorry for us, so he gave us a place in his school. Of course the whole campus knows about my brother and I, most of them feel sorry for us. But I hate this feeling, I don't want to be looked like I am weak. I've been through seeing my parents die in front of me, and I survived, I'm the opposite of weak, if I was, I don't think I would still be here.

I was walking through campus, and I could see the pity in their eyes, which made me have this feeling of proving myself. The last thing I need are fake friends approaching me just because they feel sorry for me. My classes are all at night, and I'm happy about it, since there are less people at night.

I looked at my schedule. History. I heard that this school has what they call "Night Students" who they take special care of, I was put into this program since of my different background, but they are just special in there own way. I don't know why they get special treatments, but they are separated from the normal students.

I was the first on in my class, and all the seats we empty, so I randomly sat on one, and looked outside. The moon was full, and I could hear the hooting of owls now and then. I suddenly felt a chill down my back, and I saw this handsome boy sitting on the table behind me. He was staring at me coldly, like needles piercing though my skin. I did remain calm, and tried to not let him see that I was somewhat afraid.

"Why are you here?" He asked. He leaned closer to me, and it just made me feel even colder, it was as if the warmth around me was being sucked away. But even in that condition, I was stubborn enough to stare directly back in his green eyes, and decided not to answer.

"I asked you a question." He said, this time he grabbed my face, painfully. I think he would have broken my jaw if a girl didn't walk in to stop him.

"Kookie, stop." She said, as she sat next to him.

Kookie? His name is Kookie? I tried not to laugh, and covered my mouth, but he noticed.

"Don't fucking laugh." He said bored. "You should thank Lisa for not making me break your pretty little face." He said.

Great, I'll be stuck with this jerk for three years now.

I could sense a human in the classroom. Seriously, are the managers of this school just fucking stupid? Putting a human with a group of vampires. Are they indirectly telling us to kill her? But there was something about this presence, that somewhat felt familiar. Her blood...it drives me crazy, I don't feel like I can control myself from not killing her.

I pushed the thought away, and went into the room. She was looking outside, he eyes shining under the moonlight, if it weren't because she was human, and humans are just weak and pathetic, she would been someone I'd flirt with her. But again, she's just a toy.

That I will have for myself.

Again...I am really bad with starting stories...bare with me please!!!😅😅 I suddenly wanted to start this story, so I took it away from the on hold state...I don't know if you guys will like it, or if it will get as big as the runaway prince...hopefully though.

Thanks for watching, and have a nice day<3
