Years Go By Fast

Min Yoongi

It's long since past kindergarten and I'm still friends with Taehyung. I'm in 4th grade and everything's a bit different.

I've become more attracted to my bed and sometimes end up oversleeping, Taehyung's personality is becoming more brighter by the day, and now we're very close to each other.

"Hey Yoongs, wanna come to my place after school?"

"Okay, Tae. It is Friday, so why not" We were walking over to his house and I think he needs help on his homework or he just wants to play with me.

"Hey Yoongs, which do you like more, your bed or my bed?"

I was kind of a difficult question to answer because Taehyung's bed is super soft and my bed has a lot of blankets and pillows.

"Your bed"

I saw him smile at my answer and then decided to ask him a question.

"Tae, which do you like more, me or your toys?"

I knew Tae very well and I know this question is hard for him to answer as well.

"Y-you"

He looked down at the concrete we were walking on, and I simply ignored it.

"So if I were to throw all your toys away and still have me, you'll be alright?"

"Yeah, they're just t-toys anyway" I knew he was sad but soon said something to make him feel better

"I'm I your toy?"

"What?"

"Answer it, I'm I your toy?"

"N-no, you're Yoongi" he laughed and I smiled, i didn't show my teeth but just a simple smile

After talking for a while, we made it to Taehyung's house and said to his mom to call my mom just to let her know that I'll be here over the weekend.

"So what do you wanna do Tae?"

"Mommy says that I can't play anything without completing my homework, so can you help me?"

He his cute puppy eyes on my and looked at me for a reaction.

"Sure"

Simply answer and that's all that needed to make Tae overjoyed.

"Okay, let's go to my room!"

And that's what we did, I helped Tae with his homework, played, ate, played again, and went to sleep.

I'm glad Yoongi got to stay over at my place because every time he comes over and it's night time, I always wrap my arms around him.

He looks so cute when he snuggles into my chest because of how small he is. I love his asleep reaction to me, and that makes me feel good.
