"Are you okay?" Blaise asks as the two of us are walking to the great hall together for dinner.
"Yeah, uh, why wouldn't I be?" I answer, and I honestly don't even know at this point.
"I don't know, you just seem a bit, uh, off?" Blaise says, as if he doesn't know how to phrase how he thinks that I'm acting. "How is Harry doing?"
"Good, surprisingly, him and Ron are practically inseparable." I answer from what I've seen of Harry and his interactions with Ron.
Ever since Harry said that he was thinking of breaking up with Draco him and Ron have been basically attached at the hip. Which worries me because I know that they have been secretly dating for awhile but I don't want it to change anything between them and their friends. Like, I hope that Hermione doesn't get pissed off or something, even though she was the one to break things off with Ron.
"Well, is he planning on ending this with Draco?" Blaise asks and I can tell that he's concerned about his friend, and I don't blame him because I would be the same exact way if I were in his position.
"Honestly? I don't know, he doesn't talk to me that much anymore. And that truly scares me." I say, as Harry and I used to be way closer than we are now. "And I don't know what to do when I start showing."
"You could use a small glamour charm, or just do nothing about it. Your a legal adult so it shouldn't matter." Blaise says and I can tell that he's just trying to be supportive of whatever choice I do end up choosing.
"What would you rather me do?" I ask, wanting his input on the situation, as whatever I do will reflect on him, since he's the one who got me pregnant.
"I don't care either way, as if you think I'm ashamed, I'm not. Yeah it might have been a good idea to be more careful but I wouldn't take it back for the world. I wouldn't do anything to change our small, growing family." He answers, and I can tell that he's being completely genuine.
"Then I won't do anything. Thank you Blaise." I say, leaning him to give him a hug which he quickly reciprocates. "I love you so much, I don't know what I would do without you at this point to be honest."
"Me neither." Blaise says, kissing the top of my head softly. "You and our baby are my first priority and will always will be, never forget that, even if we fight, I will always love you and our family together."
"Have you thought of any names?" I ask, as we lock our hands together and continue our walk to the great hall.
"Actually, no." He says with a small laugh, and I honestly didn't expect any other answer.
"Well do you think it's going to be a boy or a girl?" I ask, and I've been hoping that it's a girl.
"A boy, so if we have a daughter she can have a kickass older brother who will protect her." Blaise says with a smile on his face as he's the oldest of his siblings and he has a younger sister.
"Or it could be a kickass little girl and be smart and strong like her dad and be good at Quidditch like her mom." I say with a smile as I'm better at the sport than he is, though he doesn't like to admit it.
"Oh whatever." Blaise scoffs, smile seeming to be glued on his face. "I actually don't mind if it's a boy or a girl as long as they're a good, healthy and cute little baby."
"Same here." I say as we arrive at the doors that lead to the great hall.
"I'll walk you to Gryffindor tower after dinner." Blaise says as we walk in.
"You don't have too, everyone is going to look at you weird, and think that you've gone soft." I say, my hand still securely in his.
"Maybe because I have. I love you and I will walk you to Gryffindor tower after dinner." Blaise says before he gives me a quick peck on the lips before wading to the Slytherin table where Draco and Pansy are waiting for him.
