14: Alerting Draco

"Take a seat please." A different nurse with thin limbs and dark brown hair requests of the three of us.
We comply and sit in the three seats closest to us. Hermione takes Ron's hand in hers as he is still clearly in shock, well, we all are, he just is more than Hermione and I. Most likely because Ron and Harry have been like brothers to each other ever since First yet and ever since the war Ron has been having nightmares of the rest of his loved one dying.
"We are currently trying to pull your friend into a stable condition. We will inform you when we have made more progress, but I do recommend that you stay here. As it would be more convenient for everyone." The nurse says with a fake somber ad eerie tone of voice, I can tell that she frankly doesn't care what happens to Harry as long as she receives her next paycheck.
"Thank you." Hermione says with a nod and the nurse saunters away. "What would you like to do? Stay here?"
"Yes." Ron whispers in a somber tone, and I honestly don't know how he'd handle if Harry passes away. "Please."
"Of course." I say before I remember that him and Draco are currently dating and that he should probably know what's going on. "Shouldn't we tell Draco what's going on? As the two are dating now."
"Yes, Ginny could you please write to the Malfoy manor." Hermione says before lowering her voice so only I can hear her. "Ron needs me here, please dos this for us."
"Of course." I say before I get up from my chair and walk up to the front desk.
"Yes? How may I help you?" A man with shaggy caramel hair asks, sounding uninterested.
"Do you possibly have some ink and parchment that I could borrow?" I ask, as I clearly don't have any on me.
"Yes actually we do." The man says before turning around and rummaging around in a desk before pulling out a piece of parchment and grabbing the inkwell off of his desk. "Will you be sending this by owl?"
"Yes, as soon as possible if you wouldn't mind." I say sadly with a nod as I think about what will happen if Harry doesn't pull through, about how devastated all of his friends family and the entire wizarding world will be.
"Of course, now go write your letter so I can get back to my job." The man says, and I can tell that he complains about almost every aspect of his life, before I step away from the desk and walk towards an unoccupied, smaller desk across the room.
I quickly scribble down a letter to send to the Malfoy Manor to tell Draco what has happened.
Draco,
You NEED to get to St. Mungo's as soon as possible. It's Harry. He's injuries himself badly enough so that the healers here are struggling to get him into a stable condition.
Ginny, Ron and Hermione
I sigh before folding the letter up and walking back to the receptionist so he can deliver my letter.
"Uh, can you send this ASAP?" I say before a better and obvious. idea pops into my head. "Actually, never mind, sorry for wasting your time."
The guy nods in response before returning to obviously not doing the paperwork in front of him. I close my eyes and concentrate on going to the Malfoy Manor. With a pop I open my eyes and see that I am in fact in the foyer of the Malfoy Manor.
"Hello?" I call out, hoping that Draco's home.
"Hello?" I hear a deep voice answer and I hope that it's Draco.
"In the foyer." I answer, and Draco quickly emerged into the foyer from the closest doorway in the left.
"Ginny? What're you doing here?" He asks, clearly taken off guard because of the fact that I'm in his house without invitation.
"It's Harry. He's uh, he's cut himself very badly. He's at St Mungo's now and the nurses and doctors are struggling to get him into a stable condition." I answer and his eyes go wide and his mouth opens widely.
"Thank you for telling me." He says and I can hear the despair and confusion in his voice. "Can we go?"
"Yeah, let's go."
