"What do you want?" I ask as soon as we're alone.
"I told Draco and Pansy." Blaise says and I swear my jaw hit the floor.
"You did what?" I yell, not able to control myself and numerous people turn and give us weird looks.
"I told Pansy and Draco that we're together. They support the fact that we're dating and they said that they would start acting friendly towards you." Blaise explains simply. "You and all of your friends."
"So does this mean we can become public?" I say, my hopes rising by the second.
"Yes." Blaise consents with a quick nod.
"I love you so much." I say before I grab his shirt collar and smash his lips against mine for the first time where people could see us.
We kiss for a few minutes until we both need air and pull away from eachother. Blaise looks down at me with a smile on his face.
"Now, Ginny, will you give me the honor of being your date to the Halloween party?" Blaise asks as he laces his fingers through mine.
"Of course." I answer with a smile and nod before we head back into the great hall.
Once we enter the great hall the first people to notice us are Ron, Harry, Hermione, Pansy and Draco. All of them other than Draco and Pansy look surpised to say the least. Now that I'm actually looking around the great hall I quickly notice how it's been changed for the party. The long tables during meals are no longer there. The right half of the room has been transformed into a dance floor and the school even got a DJ to play tonight. The other side of the great hall has white circular tables with chairs surrounding them. There is also something that looks like a large table with various types of food on it for the taking.
"Hey guys." I greet with a smile as Blaise and I reach our group of friends who are all sitting at one of the white tables, and coincidentally there are two open chairs that are next to eachother so Blaise and I decide to sit down.
"Since when was this more than an unrequited crush?" Hermione asks, not believing that Blaise and I are actually together.
"A year ago." I say guiltily as I instantly feel guilty for not atleast telling Hermione about the fact that Blaise and I have been dating for over a year now.
"A year ago?!" Ron yells, clearly upset that I didn't keep him up to date about my love life. "How could you not tell us? How could you not even tell me?"
"It's my fault. I didn't want anyone knowing because I was scared of how people would react." Blaise answers, taking the blame, which isn't wrong as I have never had a problem of telling other people.
"What? Were you ashamed of dating my sister?" Ron asks, getting increasingly mad by the second.
"No! No, I was more scared that when all of you guys found out you would want us to not be together and make Gin break up with me." Blaise retaliates and he never told me that until know, but I'm not really surprised at his reasoning.
"We would never do that. As long as you treat each other well we support you." Hermione says maturely, grabbing Ron's hand and lacing her fingers through his and he visibly calms down a little bit.
"Sorry for yelling at you." Ron apologizes and we can all tell that he actually feels guilty after Blaise told us his reasoning.
"It's fine, I probably would have done the same thing. So now we have to get Draco and Harry together." Blaise says with a grin and both of the mentioned boys instantly start blushing.
"W-what? Who said I liked Potter?" Draco says, clearly flustered by the comment, and that just says it all.
"Your reaction to Blaise mentioning you and Harry being together." Pansy says and I can see myself starting to like this girl.
"The girl's right." Ron says and something I never expected happened, all of us started laughing.
It's funny how we all started out as enemies but now we're friends and some of us are going to start dating.
"Well let's go enjoy ourselves, this is a party!" I exclaim before gettibg up from my chair and dragging Blaise to the dance floor and all of our friends slowly follow behind us.
