I arrive at the house I was looking at bright and early, literally I am beyond excited. Finally a place of my own. potentially...
I was waiting in my car listening to Liar and the lighter by Gabrielle Aplin. Finally David pulled up beside me.
I got out and greeted him.
"Hello, nice to meet you!" I said smiling and shaking his hand
"And you, my 2 daughters are huge fans!" He said smiling
"Awh that's so sweet" I said smiling and laughing.
"Shall we?" He said gesturing me in.
I nodded and let him lead the way.
I walked in to see that it was so much nicer in person than on a screen. The living room was the first room you saw, it was big and open plan with beams across the ceiling. He talked me though the history of the house and gave me a tour. We then went into the kitchen that was HUGE! As we walked up the stairs I noticed 6 rooms.
"What are those rooms?" I said pointing to them
"Oh, these are the best bit of the house!" He said walking towards the door and opening it.
As I walked in, I was completely astonished!
It was huge bedroom with 2 doors inside it.
I walked towards it and opened the first door, it was a walk in wardrobe! I exited and went to the second door. It was an en suite! It was completely white and had a glistening white shower and bath. I just smiled, this is the house for me!
We then walked into the garden that was frankly, extraordinary! There was a garden sofa outside so we sat down as he spoke about business stuff..
Finally he asked me if I wanted it. If you can't tell already.. I LOVE IT HERE!
"So, do you want the place?" He asked
"Yes definitely! I love it!" I said looking around
"I hoped you would say that!" He laughed.
Then he took out of his briefcase a piece of paper.
He pointed at the dotted line and said-
"If you want the place, just sign of the dotted line!" He smiled.
I didn't hesitate and scribbled my signature on the line
Finally a place of my own!
David left and I walked back into the house.
"Hello, Eloise..?" I said calling her
"Come to my new place" I said excitedly
I took the phone away from my ear as she screamed down the phone.
I laughed and gave her the address
When she showed up I gave her a tour of the house, she loved it too, but not as much as me!
"So, which one is mine?" She said leaning against the banister
"Ermm.. what makes you think you will be living here madam?" I said laughing
"Because I'm you best friend and you can't live here alone! You need someone to protect you from the wardrobe monster!" She said laughing
"Your right, I can't kick monster ass by myself!" I laughed
She smiled looking hopeful
"Last door on the left" I said laughing
"YESSS!" She laughed hugging my and running off down the landing into her room.
Maybe this will be the start of something beautiful!
