I should have listened. Mom and Dad warned me not to go, but I was on a mission to prove them wrong. I wanted to prove them wrong about Gabriel, but as it turns out I was wrong.

When I found out I was more than excited. I had this perfect image in my mind of Gabe and the baby. He would be swaddling her, singing lullabies quietly, but when I told him he did something  completely different. It led to a huge argument that resulted in him kicking me out and screaming for me to "Get rid of it or never come back."

After that Sam was on his own. The one thing that Sam knew is that he didn't want to go back to his parents house no matter the costs. Sam wasn't even sure if they'd let him come back. So, he stayed out on the streets. Sam was trying to survive not only for himself, but for the baby inside of him.

And that leaves Sam where he is now. 4 1/2 months pregnant, tired, alone, and just fucking hungry. Maybe there's something in the trash. Before he could stop himself, he was digging through the garbage trying to find anything remotely appetizing.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Sam heard a man ask from behind him. Only, he knew that voice.

"Dean?" Sam asked with wide eyes.

"Sam? What are you doing out here?" Dean asked walking closer to his younger brother. He did a double take when he saw how the boy looked

"Looking for something." Sam answered nervously.

"In my trash?" Dean asked once more.

"I'm sorry." Sam whispered starting to walk away.

"Sam, no, just come inside." Dean sighed gesturing to the door to his house. Sam just nodded and followed Dean up the steps to his house. When the door opened it was a kind of warmth that Sam hadn't felt in what seemed like forever.

"I don't want to seem rude, but you look like you need a good shower so I'm gonna get you some clothes. Just wait here." When Dean stepped into a room I took the moment to look through his house. It was cozy, something that was totally expected from Dean. One thing that  Sam hadn't expected was pictures of him and some man plastered all over the house. (Sorry, I had too)

"Here you go, Sammy. Bathroom is at the end of the hall. I'll make you something to eat and then we talk about how all of this happened." Sam nodded and went into the bathroom with the clothes that Dean gave him in hand.

He had no idea how long he was in there but he loved the feeling of the steaming water on his tired body. Eventually, Sam realized that he should probably get out, so he did. He slowly dried himself off and sighed when he caught a glance of himself in the mirror. It had been a while since he had seen himself in a full length mirror. He could see his baby bump clearly, and he smiled.

He then quickly had gotten dressed and walked out of the bathroom to meet Dean who was waiting at the kitchen table with two sandwiches. One for Sam, and one for himself. Sam took a seat and dug into the sandwich. He groaned as the flavors practically exploded in his mouth.

"So, what happened?" Dean asked curiously.

Sam swallowed thickly before answering. "I moved in with Gabriel, and it didn't work out." He tried to answer as simply as possible, but from the look on Dean's face he was not buying that story. "He kicked me out, actually." Sam answered sounding ashamed.

"Why would he do that?" Dean asked worryingly

"Because I'm pregnant, Dean." Sam answered quietly. Sam watched as Dean's eyes went wide.

"He just let you be all alone out there?" Dean asked dumb founded. Sam did nothing but nod. "That son of a bitch." Dean growled slamming his fist  against the table causing Sam to jump slightly in his seat. Dean saw how Sam started to look frightened. "Sorry. You should finish eating, Sam. I'm just gonna set up the guest room for you." Dean apologized getting up from the table.

Sam sat there in silence by himself eating, at this moment he was alone with his thoughts. How did things get this bad? How did he ever trust Gabriel? The fact that he just threw him out without hesitation baffled him. Sam had thought that they were in love, but like most times, Sam was very wrong.

The front door opened and Sam's eyes went wide. There a man stood wearing a suit and a trench coat. The man looked at Sam with a confused expression.

"Who are you?" The man asked walking closer to the younger Winchester.

Just as that moment Dean emerged from the room. "Can, your home early." Dean pointed out.

"Yes, I am. Dean, who is this man?" Castiel asked in a very serious tone.

"That's Sam, my kid brother." Dean answered swiftly. He flashed the man in the trench coat a big smile and then leaned over and gave him  a kiss on the cheek.

"Sam, this is Castiel, my fiancé." Dean announced proudly. " Sam's gonna stay here for a while Cas." (Sorry I had to) Cas then looked at Sam with the kindest eyes. It was at that moment that he knew, that he was going to be okay.
