Wow I couldn't believe that Elvis had proposed to me. This was the greatest I had felt in a long time and it was all because of Elvis.
My mother was asleep when I entered the house, I had to tell her I couldn't wait she needed to know.
"mum,mumma wake up I need to tell you something"
She stirs in her sleep and slowly wakes, abbagail sits next to her mother and snuggles up close.
"what happened abbagail, is everything ok?"
"yes mum I'm fine, I have something to tell you"
Abbagail removed her hands from around her mother and she placed her hand in front of her mother.
"oh abbagail, he proposed didn't he darling I'm so happy for you he's such a great guy"
That night I laid next to my mother and dreamt about my future as Mrs Presley.
