[Sol] "*sigh~* seriously. How am I meant to find this guy?"

After having investigated a collection of bars in the city, Sol has been unable to find the drunk he's looking for. Just as he is about to continue on to the next bar, Sol spots a group of people chattering about what they were watching on the TVs inside a store. Slowly pushing his way through the crowd, Sol sees what they were all talking about. The final bout of the team battles is coming to a close; the frozen girl slowly being pushed off the stage, Sol can't help but let out a small chuckle.

[Sol] "well, better get back to it."

Sauntering towards the next bar, he notices the name of the establishment as he reads it aloud.

[Sol] "Crow Bar?"

he enters through the doors, being greeted by the lone barkeeper.

[Barkeeper] "hey kid. Looking for someone?"
[Sol] "you can tell?"
[Barkeeper] "well you aren't coming in for a drink so, yeah."
[Sol] "right, actually yeah, I was told to look for a drunk. Seen any?"
[Barkeeper] "wow, that's one hell of a description."
[Sol] "yeah, yeah I know."
[Barkeeper] "hmm, well, if it's a drunk your looking for, my only customer left just a few moments before you got here."
[Sol] "yeah? Which way did he go?"
[Barkeeper] "towards the landing platform. I think he said something about a fight so you might want to get down there soon if you don't want to cart off your drunk to the hospital."
[Sol] "haha, thanks."
[Barkeeper] "no problem kid. Oh, hey, you wouldn't happen to be that drunks son right?"
[Sol] "eh? No, why?"
[Barkeeper] "just a hunch based off your hair."
[Sol] "riiiight... see ya man."
[Barkeeper] "see ya."

Sol walks out of the bar, this time with a bit more information than he obtained from the previous locations.

[Sol] "okay~ guess I'd better get there quick."

Taking off running, Sol leaps and bounds through streets, alleyways and rooftops on his journey to meet with this elusive drunk. Meanwhile, said drunk has destroyed a pair of Atlesian Knight-200's and kicked one of their heads along the ground towards a group of Atlesian personnel, Weiss and a taller, older version of her.

[Drunk] "Hey!"

The group turn to face the one who would commit such an act.

[Drunk] "Yeah I'm talking to you, Ice Queen!"

He tosses the second machine aside as an automated soldier aims his rifle towards the man, ready to fire.

[Woman] "Halt!"

Weiss angrily walks up to the inebriated man.

[Weiss] "Excuse me! Do you have any idea who you are talking too!?"

The drunk places his hand on Weiss' face.

[Drunk] "Sssshhhh. Not you."

He pushes her out of the way as he moves towards the other, notably irritated woman.

[Weiss] "Hey!"
[Drunk] "you. Saw that gaudy ship of yours in town. I guess you're here too."
[Woman] "I'm standing right before you."

The man squints through hazy eyes.

[Drunk] "So it would seem."
[Woman] "you realise you just destroyed Atlas Military property."
[Drunk] "oh, oh I'm sorry. See, I mistook this for some kind of... sentient garbage."
[Woman] "I don't have time for your immature games, Qrow."
[Weiss] "Wait, you two know each other?"
[Qrow] "Geez, you Atlas specialists think you're so special, don't you?"
[Woman] "It's in the title."
[Qrow] "Well, you know what you really are? A bunch of sellouts. Just like your boss."
[Woman] "I'm not sure what you think you're implying, but I've heard enough."
[Qrow] "oh, I heard, too. I hear Ol' Ironwood finally turned his back on Ozpin."
[Weiss] "Ozpin?"
[Woman] "Weiss, it's time for you to leave."
[Weiss] "Winter, what-?"
[Qrow] "listen to big sister, Weiss. She'll protect you. Just like Atlas is going to protect all of us, huh?"
[Winter] "If you won't hold your tongue, then I will gladly remove it for you."
