Back in the Amity Colosseum, Nul and Three's fight grows evermore destructive. Their armour shredded and barely functional, Nuls grey hair falls over his face and covers his left eye while Threes dark green hair blows in the nonexistent breeze, showing the glowing green eyes of the killer. Cuts in Nuls skin reveal reveal the cybernetics beneath; more machine than man, Nul returns his opponents gaze with calm animosity.

[Nul] "can't win/can't run."

In response to the half cyborgs quiet muttering, Three begins his charge, wrapped in green lightning.

[Nul] "I'll lose/so will/you."

With the last word of his disjointed sentence, Nul punches his palm in front of him and speaks once more.

[Nul] "Failsafe."

The still functioning pieces of Nuls armour glows with a bright grey light, as does his visible eye as Three reaches the boy with his fist aimed at the grey boys face. Nul teleports in a flash of grey before reappearing to the green boys side and delivering a powerful punch of his own to Three's head. Three attempts to counter but Nul is already in the middle of punching him again in the stomach. Head, head, teleport, stomach, head, teleport repeat.

Three, now showing his anger with clear vehemence, begins to glow brighter and brighter until both of the boys sight is filled with the ferocious green aura. Three takes Nul by surprise, landing a burning, green fist to his face, followed by an attempt at an electricity laced uppercut which Nul manages to avoid by teleporting behind the angry boy. Three turns on his feet with startling speed and blocks his attackers blow, grabbing ahold of Nuls arm and bringing him closer, allowing him to land a punch to his stomach and a second blow to his face before throwing him a small distance.

[Three] "Kill..."

Null, realising that even using every bit of strength he has, he has no hope of taking his opponent down with him, he decides to resort to a more unconventional method. Having noticed the daggers left behind by the recently snake Faunus Ser, he teleports over to them and picks one up before teleporting up the stands and toward the arena controls. As if a combination of being a little curious of his actions and believing that nothing the grey boy could do could hurt him anymore, Three doesn't give chase, opting instead to give the boy a menacing smile as if to say "Show me your desperate last ditch effort, and watch me beat it."

Finding the controls for the arena, Nul fidgets with them quickly, causing the floor of the arena to open up. Before the arena can finish preparing itself, Nul stabs the machinery with the stolen dagger, causing an error with the system and jamming the floor in an open position. Exiting the control room, Nul jumps down to the bottom floor and gazed back up at his enemy, motioning for three to join him in the darkness, goading him, hopefully to his demise.

Three lets an evil smile form before complying, nonchalantly stepping off the platform and into the dark below. Around them, the various environments are readily prepared in the dark. Nul, having quickly gauged their surroundings, makes his move. Rushing around the rooms, hitting Three in the back at various points, though barely at the level of a Mosquitos bite, manages to annoy the aggressive boy and lead him to sending powerful punches into the walls and pillars, creating shockwaves through the colosseum. As Nul leads Three around, barely escaping from each hit, he lets out the only smile he has ever shown. Not a smile of happiness, nor a forced smile, but one of victory. His aura having almost fallen to zero percent, he is unable to teleport away from Threes punch, completely depleting his aura and sending him crashing through the last, most important, remaining pillar.
