I was so hesitant to go inside his office but was amazed to see those sincere eyes of his.
Flashback"I'm glad you still came ..." he started.
It took a while for him to say something then he breathed out.
"Rica, I-I'm sorry because I was not supposed to give that errand to you..."
I faced him and looked through his eyes.
"It just went out of my mind and I was so busy that I even gave it to you when you still do not have enough knowledge about it."
I just listened and waited for him to tell me everything.
"I'm sorry also because I gave you all of my burdens that time in the department-"
"Austin." He stopped speaking "I understand you, being an Executive Director is not an easy job but there's one thing ..." he patiently waited for what I have to say.
"If you do not want to be interrupted, just flash a Red Post-It on your desk then I'll know it's not the right time."
He smiled at what I said. "Thank you, I'll take that advice."

"If you do not want to be interrupted, just flash a Red Post-It on your desk then I'll know it's not the right time."
I smiled at her and for that, I wanted to thank her for that idea "Thank you, I'll take that advice."
She smiled and then went back to her desk.
After all that had happened, I felt better now. And that smile of hers was what I was looking for for a very long time.
To be continued...
