One time we have a lot of free-time from work. The schedules are not tight and everyone is doing anything to kill-time. But Rica asked for my permission to go home.
Since her apartment was just near the building, I decided to buy her a drink and then we talked something about topics outside work.
"Why do you like NSYNC? I've heard they are weird." I tease her. I was given her debate face.

December 22nd.
I invited everyone in ED to go outside and have dinner. Since the department was already finished with their assigned task, I allowed the others to drink.
I enjoyed the get-together but what I enjoyed most is our conversation with Rica.
We were laughing because the other guys in ED were already drunk. Then I look at her and ask for permission to try her glasses on.
"Of course, but do not try for a long time." She warned.

She pondered the answer to my question. But I just waited for her to answer. I know she's living on her own now because her parents are in Cleveland Ohio. She liked the thought of it that it took her a long time to answer my question.

That was just a simple request from this woman. It just made me fall for her even more. And I was thinking... Can I give her what she is asking for on Christmas?
