"Adventure"

Gabby's POV
i pulled up to the FaZe house right around dusk. this whole "adventure" was a last minute thing so i'm just wearing a loose fitting maroon sweater, plain black leggings and my maroon gazelles. i also figured i should probably wear my glasses too because i haven't in so long.

when i was close to the house, i texted in the group chat that i was almost at the house. as the uber got closer, i see someone sitting on the curb in front of the house on their phone. i got closer and noticed it was Lucas. a huge grin instantly appeared on my face.

i hopped out of the uber and was engulfed in a hug. wow. this boy can't be real.

he kissed the top of my head and as we pulled away he says, "how can one be so gorgeous just in lazy clothes?"

i look down at my feet and blush.

"let's go into the house. we should be leaving anytime soon." he countinues

as we enter, i'm greeted with smiles, hellos and hugs. i honestly love these people and this place so much.

~2 hours later~
so here we are, two hours later and still at the house. Cheo cooked us some food and i'm not gonna lie, we really debated on bailing on the video, but we finally just decided to go and get it over with.

it's about 10:30 or something like that and we're just heading out to the place now.

we pack into Alex's GTR and start towards the "haunted" mansion. i take out my phone during the ride and snapchat a video of everyone in the car with the caption 'Alex cookin up some bangers🔥' and post it.

there is absolutely no room in the back of this car. i'm turned sideways, trying to fit my legs somewhere comfortable while Lucas has his legs resting on mine. i'm like 5'5 so i'm not too tall, but i'm not the shortest and i'm still having problems fitting back here.

once we arrive at the house, i stand next to the boys and look at the house and say "are we actually doing this?"

Lucas responds "yep. let's go!" and climbs through the window without second guessing.

"damn. me and Nikan were here yesterday for 20 minutes debating if we should go in and bailed and Lucas is just jumping in." Alex laughs

"i'll go next." i add

once we all get in, we start exploring all together, but eventually split up. Nikan and Alex stay together, while me and Lucas go off by ourselves. i'm not gonna lie, there's a weird vibe in here. it's not like a "haunted" vibe, but i think it's just the fact of it being abandoned and the look of it alone.

after about 10 minutes of exploring this floor, we decide to go up a floor by ourselves. we walk around for a bit, then i hear a tapping coming from the room we just left. i paid no mind to it because i thought it was just we bumped something or nikan and alex we're catching up to use. then i hear a bang and jump towards Lucas. i grab onto his arm and move as close as i can to him.

"calm down gabby. it's probably just Nikan and Alex. you're fine." Lucas says to me

i loosen my grip, but grab his hand and stay close behind him.

"yo Lucas!" i hear Alex call out

"what's up bro?" he yells back

"there's some creepy shit happening down here. where you at?" Alex responds. my grip tightens on Lucas' hand

"they're probably trying to scare us. don't believe anything. you know how alex is. he's a prankster. just stay by me and you'll be fine" Lucas says looking into my eyes. i can tell he's trying his best to calm me down and it is kind of working. "just go to the spiral steps and i'll meet you there!" he yells back

"Lucas. i really don't want to be here anymore. i just have a bad feeling about this place. like we're gonna see something we don't want to or something like that." i whisper to him

lucas stopped in his tracks, turned and hugged me as tight as he could. "we just have to get a little bit more for his video and we'll leave" he kisses my forehead. "you're safe with me"

this reassured me, but i was still a little skeptical. we met up with Alex and Nikan and we went back down to the bottom floor. after exploring the rest of that floor, i reluctantly followed the boys into the basement.

"yo. someone's definitely staying here. like they definitely think this is their home" Nikan says

"i know. look there's a bed with a note on it and food and a pile of clothes over there." Alex waves around the camera

"if there's someone using this as their house, don't you think we should go?" i ask

"we will. let's just look around a little more" Alex says

i sigh and follow behind Lucas, holding onto the back of his hoodie. after a few more minutes, and Lucas almost getting killed by a falling door, we head back upstairs and out of the house.

"see i told you guys we'd be in and out in no time" Alex said

"i felt like time was dragging by" i replied

"nope. we were in and out." everytime after i would try to say something, Alex would just repeat "in and out"

Lucas spoke over Alex, "bro. since we were in and out of there. how do you feel about getting some actual in-n-out?"

"i'm down. let's go!" Alex agreed and hurriedly did his outro

after we got our in-n-out, we settled in for the car ride. lucas put his legs sideways and i huddled into a ball on his lap. i wrapped my arms around his neck and put my head into his neck and tried my best to drift off to sleep.
