Third Person's POV

Jin and Jungkook stood by the kitchen sink, Jin washing the dishes with soap while the latter dries them. Jin, hearing a door shut behind him, decided it was a good time to talk.

"Why did you do that Jungkook? You can't just go around kissing people like that."

Jungkook felt his cheeks heating up with embarrassment—he wasn't ready for a third person knowing about that. "I...I was just trying to help. To help him forget about his boyfriend. Jimin, is it?" His eyes focused on the tea towel in his hands, examining it as if he found the plain white color the most interesting thing in the world. He didn't look up to get another plate even though he was finished with the previous one, it won't be fun for him to show his red cheeks to his "friend" that is barely a friend.

Luckily, Jin was focused on the dishes as well. "I understand, but it's a weird, and inappropriate way to help. Especially for Yoongi. He loves Jimin a lot. And I mean it. Don't tell him that I told you, but Jimin was, and still is, his first love. Yoongi had never been touched or kissed by another man or woman before. He must be devastated that a near stranger kissed him. He probably feels so guilty and dirty now, and knowing him he would think that he technically cheated on Jimin too. His heart is dealing with a lot now Jungkook. Do you understand?" Jin knew his best friend the best, and he wouldn't be a good friend without doing anything about that incident.

After that short speech, a new wave of emotion flowed into Jungkook's heart. He felt guilty. But somewhere in there, in his chest, just a corner of his heart was still his old self, fighting back these foreign emotions and wanting to return to the old Jungkook that lived by himself, a person with no emotions.

Alas, he couldn't deny the fact that two people he knew for 30 days had already changed him completely. Creating new emotions for him and letting him have fun in this world is the best gift he had received since a long time.

"I...I understand. I'm sorry hyung. I...I couldn't control myself. I didn't know it was wrong, I didn't know what a kiss means to Yoongi hyung. It was...I was too impetuous. I'm sorry." Finally his hands were willing to let go off the now crumpled tea towel, and his head willingly looked up to his hyung next to him.

Jin, seeing Jungkook's actions in his peripheral vision, also let go of the dishes to turn his head at the boy next to him. He smiled slightly and said, "Don't say sorry to me pabo. Say sorry to Yoongi. It won't be easy to make him forgive you, but saying sorry is definitely required for that task. Go now, I will take care of the dishes."

Jungkook nodded and walked off.

"Bye and goodnight for now."

Yoongi hung up and turned off his phone, standing up to go to the toilet only to get startled by someone knocking on the door. It might very well be Jin, but he didn't want to think about the possibility that Jungkook had been eavesdropping on his conversation with Taehyung, a conversation about Jungkook.

"It's me, Jungkook." The voice from the other side of that door raised Yoongi's blood pressure slightly, increasing his heartbeat. He gulped and opened the door ever so reluctantly.

"Oh hi Jungkook. Um...have you been waiting here for a while now?" Yoongi blinked hard, cursing himself for phrasing that question weirdly, when he could've just asked 'did you hear what I said during the phone call just now?'.

Jungkook looked at his hyung weirdly before answering, "I just came here, actually. I mean why would I stand here and wait before knocking?" Jungkook laughed awkwardly with Yoongi following closely after. The awkward atmosphere just got more awkward, so Yoongi asked, "Why did you come here?"
