Chapter 19: Partners in Crime

No one's POV

Another day starts, the sun shining brightly through the window. Everyone woke up with a smile on their face, except for Evergreen.

She was pranked again by the two and only, Vré and Gin. When she woke up, her room was filled with sticky notes. Not a single space was left. The room was like a rainbow imagination! Well that's how I, the narrator (Le author XD), describes it. For the Virgo Elite, it was one hella rainbow nightmare.

What left her confuse is that, how these pranksters got into her room, AKA privacy. She left traps such as poison ivy, almost everywhere to be honest, and vines made of thorns, decorated her room.

Eve thought and thought, and finally knew who Vré and Gin used to get inside her room.

Xenon, the Elite of Aquarius. Definitely. I mean, he's the only one who can teleport from one place to another. Poor Xenon was either bribed or blackmailed. Evergreen said in her mind.

She went to her bathroom and took a shower, hoping the cold water will cool off her pissed self right now.

Change clothes, fix the hair, put some traps, were one of Eve's daily routines. She headed out, trying to find the culprit.

Evergreen found Xenon sitting on the couch while playing with his phone. She grabbed him by the collar and said, "Are you the one who pranked me or not? You better say the truth or else." while glaring at him.

"I swear Eve I'm not the one who pranked you. I was blackmailed okay! Vré and Sagittarius said that if I won't follow they're instructions, they'll burn my one and only phone!" Xenon explained.

Eve believed him and asked where the culprits are. Xenon said that they're at the basement, doing random stuffs.

The Virgo Elite tied down the culprits using her vines, smirking because of the situation.

"Let is go dammit! We didn't do anything!" Vré said, trying to escape from the hard grip of the vines. "Yeah! We're not lying!" Defended the Sagittarius Elite. Evergreen 'tsked' and to Gin, raising his chin using her index finger.

"Oh really? If you're not lying, then why aren't you looking at me straight in the eye? Hm?"

"He's telling the truth!" Blurted out the Leo Elite, but it's quite obvious that they're lying.

Eve once again controlled the vines, making the grip tighter, the sharp thorns digging deep through their skin. Vré winced in pain, while the other hissed.

"Are you guys gonna admit or not? I can rip you assholes to shreds any time now~"

"Fuck! Fine! We're the one who pranked you. Just let us fucking go!" Vré said.

You guys might be thinking why the culprits aren't using their abilities. They can't because the thorns have some sort of chemical that will disable their abilities.

The Virgo Elite tightened the grip again, grinning in victory. "Say sorry properly boys... or else!~"

"We're so sorry Evergreen. Please let us go." They both said in sync.
