Chapter 16

A few days later

SKY'S P.O.V

So today was the day when me and Jake hit the road for 18 hours straight. He woke me up at about 6 in the morning so I could get ready . after all of my normal morning routines I put my book bag full of clothes and other necessities in my car.

"so you ready to go?" Jake asked, walking out of the house.

"yea but on the way I'm stopping at McDonalds and getting some breakfast." I responded, claiming in the drivers seat.

"ok whatever." he said before getting in the passenger seat. I pulled out of the drive way and off we went.

ALEX'S P.O.V

The sun seeps through the the curtains and onto my face waking me from my slumber. I turn to look at the clock on the night stand next to Sky's bed, to see that it was like 7:45. I get out out of Sky's king size bed, which me and jake slept on last night with Sky. She has a really big bed for such a small girl. I walk to the bathroom and take a shower and brush my teeth and stuff, and after I finished I wondered into the kitchen to be rudely greeted by a mean,preppy version of Sky.

"Why are you still freaking here?" she said coldly.

"I don't like going home." I responded bluntly.

She had jet black hair in a messy ponytail with some Minney mouse pajama shorts on and a matching tank top. She looked like she had just woke up.

"well to bad go home." she said spiting venom. Damn, what did I do to this girl.

"well good morning to you too ." I replied.

I could tell she was just sleepy because sky does the same thing when she's still sleepy.

"well you're stuck with me all day today ." I said before walking to the cabinet and grabbing the cereal and a bowl.

"Why? Where's Skylar?" she questioned.

"she went to a concert with Jake." I responded.

"why didn't I know about this?" she asked angrily.

"because they didn't tell you, DUH." I answered. She looked at me with a look that could kill a thousand men. She finally just walked out of the kitchen and went back to her room I'm guessing to sleep some more, so I took my cereal and went into the living room to watch some tv.

SONYA'S P.O.V

I walked into my room and lied in my bed. I'm so freaking tired I don't know what to do. And why did no one tell me the plans about this whom little plan of theirs? I don't remember anyone telling me about it. Its not like I would feel left out and want to go. Whatever its cool I'm gone do me today. I walked to the bathroom across the hall and brushed my hair and teeth and washed my face. After my morning routine I walked back in my room and picked out my outfit for the day. I picked a pink cut off and a pair of shorts that stopped at the end of my thigh. When I put them I glanced in the mirror to she how I looked then went to put on my make up. When I completed my look I walked down stairs to be welcomed by the adorably annoying Alex.

"so are you done PMSing?" he asked jokingly.

"Ahahaha cute really cute." I sarcastically responded.

"I know I am." he said striking a pose while still remaining seated. I couldn't help but to laugh at him. He's such a goof ball.

"so since I'm stuck with you, your words not mine, I'm taking you on a shopping spree with me." I said excitedly.

"as in you're shopping and I'm the bag carrier." he translated.

"exactly!" I shouted. He sighed and turned off the TV.

"Fine, let me get showered and dressed first." he said, getting up off the couch and walking to the bathroom. I waited for him for about an hour and a half. When he finally came out he didn't even bother to have clothes. He had a towel rapped around his waist.

"So what happened to your clothes?" I asked with a smirk upon my face.

"they're in Sky's room." the smirk was wiped right off as he said this. Ok I envy my sister. She always has two really hot guys at her beg and call. Alex wouldn't even talk to me when we were kids and Jake was just really mean. They always wanted Skylar. I asked Alex out in 3rd grade when I didn't know any better, and his response was "you're not sky".

"well you better get dressed now." I commanded and with that he got dressed and left for the mall.
