Chapter 24

*About five weeks later*

Sky's P.O.V

Sonya was finally going to introduce us to her new man today. We were going on a group date. Alex and I would be going with sonya and her boo and Jake and Erica. Erica and Jake really made a cute couple. They were so playful together. They constantly teased each other and every time they fight it ends with a "babe I'm srry I was wrong." and a kiss. As for Alex and I, we're the cutest couple... In my opinion anyway. Alex is like a prince charming. He was always making sure i was taken care of. i didnt want for anything because alex tried to make sure i had it. Soni finally showed up with the her new man candy and boy was he hot. my sister did good for herself.

"well guys this is Trace, Trace this is my sister Skylar we call her Sky, her boyfriend Alex, our best friend Jake and his girl Erica." she introduced. Jake and alex got of the couch where they were seated and shook Trace's hand.

" nice to meet you Trace." Alex said this a uncaring facial expression.

"what he said." jake said before walking to erica's side.

"so shall we get going." i said with a small smile. everyone began to leave the house and piled in Traces pick up truck. Alex and i chose to sit in the bed of the car while everyone else sat in the cab. Alex gave me his jacket and pulled me in his arms. Unfortanitly i couldnt rap my arms around him because i was trying to hold down my dress that Erica and Sonya talked me into wearing. It was a black and puple corsest like dress. it stopped mid thigh and i wore fishnet leggings with my favorite combat boots. we finally arrived at a seemingly abandoned building with loud music and stobe lights.

"a rave? he brought us to a fucking rave?" i whispered exitedly to an amused Alex.

"Yep but im going to put down some ground rules ok?" the amused alex asked.

"ok"

"number 1 dont drink any thing another person gives you. get it yourself or ill get it for you. number2 dont take any of those candy things or any of the little tounge tattoos they give out. its all drugs. and number 3 dont wonder off alone always stay by one of our sides. got it"

" got it." i said jumping out of the bed of the truck and joined the girls and locking arms with them. The guys slowly walked behind us. as we entered we were amazed by all the creative people dancing and talking in corners and throwing up. erica looked at sonya and i and we looked at her. It was like we all had the same thought. we got on the dance floor and started dancing together. the guys joined and we partied until we were tired. fortanitly everyone was sober even though we were offered drinks and drugs. we all piled in the truck in the same seats we had originally. i layed on Alex's lap as he stroked my hair.

"You know I really love you." i said queitly. Alex let out a small chuckle.

"I love you too." he kissed my forehead and we drove home in a blissful silence.
