chapter 11

Sonya’s P.O.V

I arrived at this extremely disgusting, crowded skate rink were, I guessing, that whore and her boy toy are supposed to be hanging out. As soon as I entered the abhorrent place the stench of sweaty feet and old greasy pizza hit me like a train in the subway. I automatically spotted Brigitte. She was kind of hard to miss. She wore a bright yellow and orange flare shirt, an amazingly short shorts, with these blinding yellow skates. It was like she was I giant highlighter. She was holding hands with this really hot guy with the occasional kiss while skating. If he’s that Tyler guy then my sister knows how to pick him. I decided to rent some skates and catch up to them. I got a really cute pink pair that matched the flowers on my dress. After I laced them up I hit the dance floor. It was easy catching up to them but to make this all seem like an accident seeing them here I purposely crashed into Brigitte, making us both fall.

“Got damn it watch where you’re going!” she shouted

“Well excuse me bitch!” I replied. She looked up at me to meet my eyes and had a totally shocked expression.

“OMG when did you get here!” she shrieked realizing that it was me.

“Does your sister know you’re in town yet?” she asked before I got to answer her first question.

“No. we’re still fighting so I haven’t even stopped by our mom’s house.” I answered.

“Well this is my boyfriend Tyler. Tyler this is sky’s twin sister, Sonya. They’re like polar opposites.”

“Hey. So how long have you guys been together?” I questioned Tyler.

“Umm, about 3 months.” He answered.

“Actually 3 months 2 days, what time is it? 6 o’clock. And about 12 hours” Brigitte corrected.

“Rock solid relationship, huh?” I said with a cheerful smile. God I should have my own movie or something, I’m good at acting.

“Yep, and I just fall for him more and more.” She said before trying to suck his face off.

“Well that’s good, but it’s getting kind of late so I better go see my mom brother and sister before it gets too late.” I gave Brigitte I hug goodbye and gave Tyler a nod.  Oh my god, my poor sister will be heartbroken. I hope karma turn right around to bite him in the ass. I went back to my mom’s house to tell sky about all of this, but now that I think of it I never see mom around. I wonder where she disappears off to. As I walked into the living room a bunch of guys in our house playing the Xbox. Those two guys from yesterday are here too. I spotted sky in the middle of all the guys cheering about that Alex guy winning on the game. Well it kind of looks like she got over what’s his face fast.

Sky’s P.O.V

Alex and Jake came over to keep me occupied while I was waiting for Sonya to get back, but of course they brought the rest of the guys we hang out with when we go skateboarding. The first thing we did was find mom’s booze and get wasted. After getting drunk we all went to the skate park, and of course me being me, I had to show off my killer moves. We somehow ended up at a basket ball court and my team lost to Jake and Alex’s team. After being demolished we went back to my house to play video games. There were about 8 of us total. Alex and Austin, one of the guys we hang out with, were playing this racing game and of course Alex was killing him. I was cheering for Alex and note I was still drunk as hell, so I was loud. I hadn’t even noticed Sonya until she snatched me up out of my seat.

“What hell are all these guys doing here?” she asked sternly.

“Well they decided to occupy me while you investigate.” I said slurring my words.

“Where is mom at? Isn’t she supposed to be aware of what’s going on?”

“Mom is an alcoholic. She stays in her room all day and drinks herself silly. You’ll be able to tell when she’s sober though she comes out bakes stuff and buys more liquor. She has some over in that cabinet but I don’t think she remembers it so I drink it sometimes.”

“Well I have news about your boyfriend but it can wait till tomorrow. Now everyone else out now!” she ordered.

Everyone began to leave except Jake and Alex who were probably going to sleep in my room like they always do.

“Are you two spending the night?” Sonya asked.

“Yeppers” they answered in unisons

Sonya made us all go to sleep immediately. She was like a mom or something. She wouldn’t even let me listen to my music. So I fell asleep without my future husbands serenading me. Alex and Jake had to sleep on the couch in the living room, and Sonya decided to sleep in my room. I dosed off into a deep sleep and I was positive I would have a hangover tomorrow.
