The two men screamed in agony as each and every memory of each other was slowly wiped away. Zara just stared with no emotion on her face. Records of these memories flowed out of their bodies.

Zara: How does it feel, Malphas? Does the pain pleasure you? The feeling of forgetting someone close to you is such a terrible feeling. I understand that but yet...you forgot all about me without hesitation! I won't forgive you!

Her hands turned to fists as she started to bleed from how deep her nails were cutting into her skin. Tears fell from her face and pain started to become worse for the two.

Sebastian: I-I'm sorry. You're wrong. I never forgot you. P-Please...Stop this!

The pain increased and Claude felt like he was about to pass out. This was torture. It wasn't the pain that bothered him the most. It was the fact that he was about to lose the memory of someone who didn't just change his life, but make it better. He somehow managed to climb off the bed and grab onto Zara's ankle with the small amount of strength he had.

Sebastian saw this but he didn't try to stop Claude. He had no energy. Everything had been drained and the only thing left to do is watch as Claude tried to persuade Zara while Sebastian tried to ignore the pain.

Claude: P-Please stop this. For whatever he's done, I'm sorry but...JUST STOP THIS!!! I CAN'T BEAR THE PAIN OF LOSING HIM! Please! That's all I ask-

Zara: And why should I listen to you? You're the reason why Malphas is acting like this. You're the reason why he's become weak. Don't you see? You're a burden on him and that's why he's unable to spread his wings and fly with me.

She was finally down to the last memory they had of each other. It was when thy first met. When Claude came home from a regular day and found Sebastian, a monster who was never accepted by anyone but Zara.

Her eyes filled up with tears as she thought about everything they had been through. Sebastian had grown attached to this human. She knew how good it felt to find someone who cared, but also how painful it felt to lose them.

Zara had Sebastian. Sebastian had Claude. And Grell had some random guy.

Zara: So you really care about this human?

Sebastian smiled and nodded. Maybe this was his chance. Maybe Zara would finally see.

Zara: It sickens me. You've changed. I can't stand it. Why do you care about him? He's just a lowly human!

Or not.

The last memory finally left both of them. They reached out for each other, to just hold each other's hand one more time.

Claude: Sebastian!
Sebastian: Claude!
