It was Friday morning and I was already regretting my date with Calum, but before that I had the rest of the day to get through, and between Prishna and Luke, it wasn't gonna be easy.

I woke up and headed straight to the bathroom, Prishna was still sleeping on the couch bed I had in my room.

I fixed my hair and did my makeup, as I was doing my makeup I saw Prishna behind me, she grabbed her toothbrush.

"How are you feeling?" I asked her as I finished applying my mascara.

"Im feeling a little better, but it still hurts me that my parents kicked me out. I have to go by again while they arent there to get my clothes and stuff" She explained to me.

Her perfect hair looked a mess and her brown eyes were puffy.

"I can take you after school," I told her before I exited the bathroom.

"Thanks again for letting me stay again" she thanked before I left, I just nodded.

I put on my outfit and walked into the hallway of house where I bumped into just the boy I needed to talk to.

"Ashton," I called out to him. he turned around.

"What's up?" He asked me. He looked tired and sad. He's looked that way since our mother died.

"How do you know Luke?" I asked him.

His eyes widened.

"Luke Hemmings?" He asked me confused.

"Yeah, how do you know him?" I asked again.

I could feel like he was hiding something from me, something that could be vital in Luke and I's new friendship.

"I tutor him everyday, and we are friends" I told him proudly.

Ashton got closer to me,

"No, you don't want to be his friend. I forbid you two to be friends" Ashton said angrily.

He had this look in his eye that I had only seen when he would get mad at me for taking his toys as kids, it was a mean look mixed with an annoyed look.

"Why? You're his friend, why cant I be friends with him he's nice to me" I told him defending Luke.

"Listen I'm not fighting with you on this, he's been arrested, gone to juvie, he's got a kid, you ever think he's being nice to his tutor just because? He wants to fuck you, that's why he's so nice. Did he tell you what he did to get to jail? I'm his friend because I know him, stay away from he's toxic for you." Ashton told me, he was gripping my arms so hard, I thrusted myself out of his lock.

"Dont you ever touch me like that again, I'll do what I want" I told him.

"And if I touch you like that again, what are you gonna do about it?" he said as he pushed me.

I pushed him back.

"Don't touch me!" I yelled loudly.

we almost got into a fight but then my dad and Sky broke it up.

"What is going on here?!" My father yelled at us loudly.

"He pushed me!" I yelled as my sister held me back.

"She started it!" Ashton yelled back.

"This is a school morning and we have a guest tone it down guys" Skylar chimed in.

They let us both go.

"I will deal with you two when I get home tonight," My father told the both of us.

I walked off but heard Prishna catch up to me.

"What the hell just happened?" She asked me as my brother passed by to go back to his room.

"I just told him Luke and I-" I started saying but I was cut off by Ashton once again.

"Hey Prish," he said waving at her before going into his room and shutting the door.

she smiled and waved back.

"What was that?" I asked staring at them.

"Nothing," she said smirking.

"Oh wow, so my brother to? Nice" I said walking off to the kitchen.

She ran after me all the way to the bottom of the stairs.

"Me and Ashton happened a long time ago," she told me as I grabbed the car keys from the rack.

"Ew, my brother really? Listen dont get any ideas im too young to be an aunt" I told her joking.

"Ha ha so funny, so what was it you were telling me upstairs?" she asked me as we were going outside.

We both got into my car and I started the engine, soon we were on the road.

"I was saying that I told Ashton about Luke and he said he's toxic for me, but he's not I think he's nice." I told her smiling.

"Oooo, you like him," she told me lightly punching me.

"I do not, I am going to stay single" I told her as I pulled into my usual school parking.

"Sureee, you are definetly gonna stay single, I see the way Luke looks at you, like yesterday at lunch. Hes got puppy dog eyes for you, he's just pretending to be mad at you" she told me smiling.

"Really?" I asked her as we both got out of the car.

"Duh, just talk to him more plus you have that date with him tomorrow" She said smirking.

"You're right, well I've gotta get to class." I told her.

"Alright, I'll see you at lunch," she said as I walked off.

As I was walking to class there was Luke at my locker.

"Waiting for me already huh?" I asked him.

"I just got a text from Ashton, we need to talk" He told me in an angry tone.

"Oh," I said.

This conversation could ruin everything for us just because of my brother.
