We were parked in front of the Chuck E.Cheese and I could already smell the cheesy scent throughout my car. Daniel looked very excited and Luke looked the opposite of excited.

"Let's just get this over with" he said unenthusiastic.

I smiled and just rolled my eyes at his little comment.

"Do you have fun being a dad?" I asked him.

As he was unbuckling Daniel he explained to me the struggles of parenting.

"It's fun and I love my son, I would do anything for him. But he's a big responsibility that affects my life and other peoples lives as well, your little friend thinks she's ready but she's not, no ones ever ready" He said to me.

Luke has layers to him and to get him to show me each one was tough but once I got him to open up to me a little bit it's getting easier now.

As he took Daniel out of the car I was starting to get nervous because I was starting to develop a crush on Luke but I didn't know if he felt the same about me I've only really talked to him for a week but I'm already catching these feelings for him and at the same time I'm still in love with Calum. I'm just confused about this whole mess.

"What's wrong?" Luke asked me as I was staring.

"Nothing I was just looking inside" I said to him changing the subject from my thoughts.

"Let's go in" I said as we walked to the front of the door.

Inside it looked like a crazy zoo of children and parents chasing after them.

"Go play" Luke said to Daniel setting him down on the ground.

Daniel looked up at him kind of nervously and tugged on his shirt.

"What's wrong?" Luke asked him.

"Uh Luke," I said to him pointing at the sign.

"Venus, I can't really understand what it says the letters are all jumbled up to me"

"It's okay, but we have to get him a card so he can play games" I explained to him.

"Oh," Luke said to me.
Luke didn't really understand a lot of things about a little kid but I did since my little brother always begs my family to take him to Chuck E. Cheese.

"I've got it," I said pulling out my wallet.

"No, he's my son so I'll pay" Luke said halting me.

"Luke I really don't mind," I told him.

He grabbed me wallet and put it in his back pant pocket.

"Luke, can I please have my wallet" I asked nicely.

"No, I don't want you to be tempted to buy anything for me or my son, so I'll just have it for safe keeping" He told me smirking.

"Its called being generous," I said nudging him on his side. 

As we walked to the table Luke gave Daniel his game card and told him to go play in which Daniel rushed off.

"So you just let him run off like that?' I asked as we sat in a booth.

"Yeah, don't worry he'll find us" Luke said tapping the table with his fingers, his metal rings hitting the hard table.
