the truth ( joker fan fiction )

First morning

I woke up to Joker blowing warm breath in my neck.

"G' morning" He whisper with a deep voice sending shivers down my spine.

"Morning" I murmur to tired to move.

"slept well..?" He asks kissing my jaw.

I smile at the sudden touch and answers; "yeah.."

"good. now get the fuck up and make me some breakfast" He says as he is pushing me out of bed.

I land on the floor with a loud "bonk" and a little help. I quickly get up and looks weirdly at Joker.

"don't look at me like that. I haven't done anything wrong!" Joker snaps all of a sudden.

I now look at him with a 'are you fucking kidding with me!?'
when he answers with a cocky smile I just roles my eyes and gets ready to go down and make 'the bitchy' Joker some breakfast.

"thanks sweety~" he sings when I am finally outside the door.

what a absolutely dick head. But this is a game I am willing to play.

I look down at the frying eggs and bacon.

if Joker doesn't like this I am seriously going to-
Ok, I can't do shit.. but, oh well.

I turn around and helps for the second time today seeing Smiley standing the hand in his pockets and leaning against the table.

"sorry if I frightened you.." he starts with a soft voice and then continues with a darker one; "But I didn't want to disturb you while you were cooking. you looked so concentrated and beautiful"

oooookeeeyyyyy, this is weird. Smiley, one of my best friends are definitely flirting with me. And I haven't even said 'hi'.

"uh, hello to you too..." I said giving him a arm tk shake.

ok this feels wrong.

He takes it says with a smile; "Smiley"

"Jamie"

His mood suddenly changed from flirty to surprisingly happy.
He grinned down at me.

"Mute's sister! What a pleasure! Your brother have told me so much about you"

"oh, has he?" I say rasing a eyebrow at him.

"no, not really.. He hasn't ever spoken to me... But I consider him as one of my best friends and meeting you is just great! Could you tell me something about him? I want to know everything" Smiley says quickly sitting down on a chair looking up on me.

My eyes widen at least four sizes. I didn't know I meant this much to him.. Yes I know Smiley cares about his friends and that I also consider him as mine (or Mute's) best friend. But I would never in my wildest dreams even thinking about something even near this.

"now, don't be shy! I really like your brother, he is one of the coolest guys I know! Please?"

I smile at him and sits down besides him.

"okey, lets chat about my brother then"

After about half an hour with just chatting and laughing with Smiley another well known face drops by; Zac.

"Go away, Zac" says Smiley when he sees him.

"Shut up, Smiley Face. I got just as much right to be in the kitchen as you got" Zac snaps at him.

"oh, yeah? I could beat you up on the spot. You should know your place Dickhead" Smiley grins at the end of his sentence, clearly pleased with the nickname he gave Zac.

"Says the Bird Brain. You know what Smiley? Me and my pal-"

"Both of you shut up" I says standig up.

"Sorry, Jamie" Says Zac quickly smiling shyly.

Smiley looks weirdly at Zac for a while before turning to me a giving me a short 'I am sorry', before walking of; probably to his room.

"Lets talk more later, Jamie!" He shout when he is out of sight.

"Hey.." Zac says smiling down at me standing close.

"Hi" I said smiling.

"you owe me a round on the play station" He says grinning.

I smile thinking back to when he promised not to tell anybody about my little secret:

"I-I have never... never mind... don't worry, your secret is safe" he says walking to the door and halfway opening it.

I give him a smile before taking on my mask again.

I nod as a thank you.

he looks down smiling.

"hey, do you mind if I.. if we played some games tomorrow? as.. friends? some play station?"

I nod again.

"great! see you tomorrow" he says smiling.

"Get ready to be beaten down, sucka" I say playfully dragging Zac after me to the living room to play some games. I think I maybe like Zac. Is that bad?
