Mary falls for one of the why don't we boys who is with her best friend, but she loses those feelings once she notices her other friend in another way or at least she thinks those feelings fade.

i wake up a little bit before my alarm actually goes off. so just lie in bed. then my alarm goes off. so i shut it off and roll out of bed and get ready

i wanted to dress nice for school bcuz me and ethan were gonna perform our song today. i am not that nervous cuz i always have a youtube channel and i sing on that so i am used to it. when i am done i grab my guitar and open the door and ethan is there.
"here is your drink." ethan says handing me starbucks
"why thank you." i say giggling
"shall we go." he says holding his arm out for me to grab it.
"we shall." i say and grab his arm
we both walk to class and everyone is there except for the teacher. so me and ethan go and take our seats and start talking. i turn to corbyn and realized that i have not talked to him in a while. so decide to talk to him.
"so corbean, how is it going." i ask him
"good mary, you?" he responds
"good, are you excited to perform?" i ask him
"ye-" he tries to say but the teacher came in the class and tells us to be quiet
"so who wants to go first?" mr.prendergasts asks
"we can go." jonah says
then jack and jonah went up and sang a song about their friendship it was so cute. i totally see why B likes jonah, he is totally her type!
"wait B likes jonah?" daniel asks
"crap i said that out loud!" i said realizing what i just did
"yeah" he said laughing
"dont tell jonah. or B." i say to daniel
"i won't." he says still laughing
next it was these two girls in our class singing about their friendship. after it was another couple, then it was hannah and zach. they were so cute! and then it was corbyn and daniel. singing about their friendship. then it was me and ethan. i walk up to the front of the class.
"i am mary." i say
"and i am ethan." ethan says
"we will be singing a song we wrote together call...." i say
"there is nothing holding me back." ethan says (pretend like it was never shawn mendes's song, and that they just wrote it.)
