So the day is here my new dog arrives!!!!

Yes i grew up with dogs and other family members had dogs but this was my first pet other than fish and a bird since i left home years ago so I was really excited!but still a little apprehensive because i didn't know how he would be with us,i just hoped he took to us because we had never met, surely he would like us though as we are nice kind people.

So i was home alone the day Mr buster arrived as my partner was working that day,i'll never forget when i opened my door and this dog jumped up at me oh so friendly!!!i was so happy he did that instead of being shy and not coming to me,he was a lot more cuter than his photos and videos my friend had sent me he was such a handsome dog!I loved him instantly!.

He walked into my home no bother and didn't even look back at my friends husband,he jumped on my sofa like he had been to my home before it was astonishing really,i sat next to him and he was so friendly and i was stroking him,he then went round the place sniffing everywhere and my friends husband went outside to bring all busters things in,he didn't even notice he had gone.

So my friends husband brought busters bed in and cage (which i never ever used as i don't like them)and all his food and bowls and toys and everything,he had alot of stuff believe me as he was very well looked after he had  everything! So i put all his toys out and his bed to make him feel at home.he just seemed to like it in my home i was so glad though.

The time came for my friends husband to leave and i dreaded it to be honest because i thought buster is going to be clingy or start crying or worse but he was absolutely fine to my relief, friends husband stroked buster and said see you soon and i did see a tear in his eye actually it must of been hard giving your dog of four years away,so off he went and buster looked at the door for maybe five minutes then that was it,phew!!!,i was expecting more than that,I decided to take him for a walk anyway see how he was.

I took him for a walk and then came home and then my partner came home and I was so pleased because buster ran up to him it was so sweet,it literally was like he had always been here with us!,he even jumped on the bed the cheeky monkey!,he fitted right in and i had previously had so many worries about him fretting and not eating or drinking because it does happen,my friend said he sleeps in a cage and i did put him in it the first night but never again after that night i don't see why he had to be in a cage, here he could roam free no cage for us!!
