So i'll start of by telling you a little about my furry pooch!
My dog is called "buster"
He is a shiztu and he is nearly nine years old,you would not think that as i think he still looks like a puppy!!I have had buster for five years now although i wish i had him from a pup but i knew of him before i got him but we had never met.
He was my friends dog and we had been in touch ever since she had moved from just around the corner from me to another town,i didn't see her when she moved sadly as it was a long journey to her new home plus I had work and we had busy lives but I did hear her say she had got a new puppy she called "buster" one day when she would call me.
Like myself she just adored this particular breed of dog and i loved hearing about what sounded like a lovely bundle of joy she had purchased, every time we would talk on the phone she would tell me about him and over the next four years she would add more of these dogs to her home and she also became a breeder and a very good one at that i could not fault her she was an excellent breeder and did everything by the book,i would always get tons of pictures of all the dogs.
After four years of living in the new town my friend and her husband decided to move to Spain so she sold her puppies that she had been breeding and that left her with two dogs, buster and a female of the same breed,by then buster was four years old and my friend had a big favour to ask me.
She asked would i take buster for her,now i'd looked after a dog for her previously (same breed)when she went on holiday one time so I thought that was what she meant but no she wanted me to have him for good!I was shocked to say the least because she absolutely adored buster she really loved him and i never thought she would part with him ever!but she kind of had no choice.
The vet had told her the travelling to Spain would kill buster, she had intended to take him with her but after telling the vet they were driving to Spain from england the vet said it was a big no no,buster was not a good traveller as it was,he got distressed just going in the car to the vets or the park which was only less than a half hour drive and he would be sick and just get into a state so my friend had to make a tough decision.
This move abroad was all she and her husband had wanted for years it was there dream but she also had a dog she "really" loved too that she may have to leave behind so that's were i came in the friend that had always wanted a shiztu who she trusted with her life............
