So before i continue with tales about my dog i will explain how i ended up taking another dog in but for an all together different reason to taking buster in but again i was helping someone out again.
So Izzy is a lovely black coloured shiztu and i had her at my home the first few months of her life, she was my mums dog but it was the wrong time to have her as my mum had just been released from the hospital after a serious illness that saw her in hospital about 2 months so whilst she was in there she kept on saying she wanted a dog as she missed the old one that died so my sister with mums agreement decided to get a dog and when mum came home she got the dog.
Unfortunately my mum could not manage this active pup and my dad was caring for mum and it was all too much so i said i'd take her until mum was much stronger and recovered then give her back, that's how i am i will help anybody if i can so i took her home and she was still only a really tiny pup,i was nervous as buster was at home and i didn't know how he would be with her,i'd had him about three years by then.
He wasn't best pleased when i brought her home,he was definetly jealous, but she was staying until I could send her back toilet trained and everything to my mum,i've never had a pup before and oh lord i was exhausted!!,she was a bundle of energy and she was constantly teasing buster and jumping all over him just basically harassing him all day every day he never got a minutes peace, she would have me up at five o'clock in the morning barking i was like a walking zombie some days it was really hard work.
I toilet trained her as well as learning her new tricks and i had her for about three months or more then it was time to go back to my mum and i'm not ashamed to say i cried like a baby!!,i had got really attached to her more than i expected but buster was glad to see the back of her i think as he liked us all to himself plus the fact she mothered the life out of him, it was a shame he really got no peace with her but he was so patient and never bit her or anything he just gave this growl if she went too far and she would back off.
My mum had missed her dreadfully and was glad to have her back and i got over it in a few weeks but she will always be special to me i just did what i could to help my mum out and enable her to have the dog back at some point,i'm sure some people may read this and think wow she sure does like dogs but you have to of owned one to know what i mean they are just the loveliest creatures and so loyal and caring and ask for nothing but love and affection and food and water,i'd never be without a dog now and if anybody reading doesn't have one go get one!!!!!!!!
