Two weeks later...

April's POV:

I was sitting in a large spacious office, alone. Both my gran and the lawyer had left I'm still not sure why they left me though. I was feeling so alone when i heard the door silently open and my "angel" from the funeral stepped in she was wearing a black t-shirt dress, cinched at her waist with a red belt, and she was wearing a pair of gray flats. She looked very young. She looked around and i don't think she saw me. She hadnt even been there 2 minutes when gran and the lawyer walked in.

"Margaret what is this all about i was on my way to a wedding! you couldnt have called earlier, honestly?!?!?" The young women yelled. Even in her anger her voice sounded musical, it was beautiful. My grandmother stood there letting the woman rant. "What are you going to sue me for a third time! I mean honestly the nerve of some people." she mumbled the last part. Three times what could nana have sued this woman for three times? Why would she have sued my angel anyways?

"Summer, dear please understand what i called you over here for was most important." My grandmother said sitting down in one of the many chairs in Mr. RIchards office, with a swish of her long skirt. The young young woman, sat down stiffly eying my grandmother. Mr. Richards sat sat down behind his large oak desk. I knew none of them remembered i was in the back of the room.

"Now ladies please be civil." He said, both of the woman scoffed. "Alright now." The man shifted uncomfortably. "In Anthony's will it clearly states that he would like all custody rights to go to Summer. However Mrs. O'Shea, Anthony's mother would like to fight Anthony's will because she believes you Summer are unfit." Mr, Richards seemed to be choking this out I knew he had been close to my father.

Summer stood up eyebrows raised. "Who am i unfit for the custody of?"

My grandmother laughed a cold hard laugh, and stood to stare accusingly at Summer, "Why your daughter of course. I mean look at yourself you can barely dress yourself!" My grandmothers tone was that of pure hatred, i had never seen anything like this in her eyes before.

"My daughter Ithought he would give her to you." Summer said a tone of disbelief in her voice.

"THis time Mr. Richards spoke, "Summer" she looked at him," Anthony never stopped loving you, he just thought you weren't ready to be a mother." Mr.Richards said quietly then he sat back down.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
