Going back to L.A.

Time skip to Thursday night

It's currently Thursday night and everything is packed. We are leaving tomorrow morning for L.A. I honestly feel bad for leaving Amber here in Ohio. Also in a hospital. I wish she woke up from her coma this week. 

I then get a call. It's Jake. I immediately answer it.

"Hey Jakey!" I say

"Hey Jess."

"So why did you call me?" I ask

"Oh, I was seeing how you were holding up." He says

"Well thanks for checking up on me, and I'm doing alright. Not the best though." I say while plopping down on the couch 

"Anything different?" He asks

I sigh.

"Nope. Which is kind of depressing." 

"Awe, sorry about that sis." 

"It's fine." I say

"Hey, I really miss you. Once you come back to L.A., can you visit me?" He asks in an innocent voice

"I guess so." I say giggling. His innocent voice he uses sounds so stupid

"Yay!" He yells 

All of a sudden my phone vibrates. I check it and it's a random number.

"Hey Jakey. I'm getting a call. Love you, miss you, bye!" I say

I hang up on him and answer the phone call. I didn't even let him say anything back.

"Hello?" I ask

"Hello, is this Jessica Paul?" A man asks. His voice is kind of gruff.

"The one and only." I say

"Well, we just wanted to let you know that miss Amber Bingham is out of her coma." He says

I was shocked.

"Amber is out of her coma???" I ask in disbelief

"Yes ma'm." He says

"Okay, thanks for letting me know. Bye!" I say and hang up the phone

I checked the time. It was 9:12. 

Then I ran into Logan's room and jump on his bed.

"Logan!" I scream

"Whaaat?!" He asks clearly annoyed

"Amber is out of her coma!" I yell

He gets out of bed and stretches.

"Alright, I will take you to the hospital. And maybe while we're there, we can see if you are a psychopath or not." He says

"Just shut up and take me there!" I yelled

He put his hands up in defeat and we walk out of our hotel. He still has his pjs on, which really didn't look like pjs. But he had some shoes on so that was good enough. I didn't have any makeup on but I was wearing comfy clothes. I can't believe my best friend. Is out of her coma.

Time skip to the hospital

Logan goes up to the lady at the front desk and I'm right behind him. Then we go to her room. She looks a tiny bit better than the first time I saw her. She's not as pale and her black eye was kind of going away. As well as her bruises, but not all of them.

"AMBER!" I yell

"J!" She yelled back

I ran to her bed and hugged her. We hugged for about 2 minutes.

"How are you feeling? What happened? Did Matthew do this to you?" I asked her 

"Woah slow down." She said

She told me the whole story. Apparently Matthew had a bad day and took it out on her. But she was feeling confident that day so she decided to fight back since he was fighting her in the first place. And he did some pretty bad damage to her. And she already broke up with him before I got there.

"You go girl! And I'm sorry that this happened to you." I said

"It's fine. But quick question." She said

"What is it?"

"Can I go to LA with you and Logan? Please?" She asked

"Uhh. Let me go ask Logan." I said, I turned around and he was at the door frame.

"Yes you can Amber." Logan said out of the blue

"But not for a long time. Okay?" He said

Woah. That just happened.

"Thank you so much Logan! Oh and y'all can pick me up here tomorrow morning since my doctor said I can leave tomorrow morning." Amber beamed

I was just listening to the conversation and I was pretty happy with what Logan just said.

After all the talking we went to our hotel and sleeped.

Time skip to the hotel, aka when they pick amber up so she can go to LA with them. (Sorry that there are so many time skips.)

I went into Amber's room and she is already dressed. She has bruises all over her but she doesn't seem to be in that much pain. She also looks very pretty.

"Ready?" I ask

"Ready as I'll ever be." She says

We checked her out of the Hospital and went to her place for her stuff. She went inside and it took her about 20 minutes. She came back out and got in the car. We went to the airport and boarded out plane. Bad thing is, Amber won't be sitting by us since Logan got her plane ticket last minute. I hope she will be ok by herself.

After the plane ride

After we landed in L.A., I told everyone the big news. We got to Logan's apartment and she settled in.

After that we started talking for about an hour about stupid stuff. Then we heard a knock at the door. Logan answered it and it was the Why Don't We boys.

"Hey guys!" I said and stood up

"This is Amber, my best friend." I said introducing her to them and them to her, blah blah blah. We all talked for a little bit. I also talked to Zach a lot. We may or may not have been cuddling the whole time but that doesn't matter, because, I saw something strange. Jack looked a little off. I stood up and pulled him aside.

"Hey Jack, you okay?" I ask

"Yeah I guess. I don't know..." 

"You can tell me anything." 

"Okay. I get it. It's just... just... Amber." He said

"What about her?" I ask

"She...
