^^A Few Weeks Later^^
Everything was going great. I had Bunny, Jack was one of my closest friends, and Lizzie kept her distance from me. I even had a group. Me, Jack, Repunzel, and Bunny. Sometimes Flynn would join us, but he was almost always busy with football practice.
I was walking with Jack to History when he suddenly turned to me.
"Uh...Elsa?" I stopped walking and turned to him.
"Yeah, Jack?" I asked.
"I was wondering if you wanted hang out tommorrow?" It was Friday. I smiled at him.
"Sure! Hang out where?" I replied, I really did want to hang out with him.
"A park by our houses. There's a pond and swings and everything! Then after we could get some pizza?" He looked at me hopefully, I smiled sweetly at him.
"It sounds great! Come on, let's get to class." And we continued our route to our next class. I vaguely noticed a small bounce in Jacks step.
The rest of the day slowly proceeded until it was time to go home. I greeted my parents with a hug and kiss. Not my usual greeting.
"Elsa, dear. What is it you want?" My mother sighed, she knew me so well.
"I need money. I want to be abled to buy my own things and stuff. But I want to earn it, not to just get it, you know?" I explained. Ihad been thinking about this ever since Bunny, Jack, Rapunzel and I went to the mall.
My father smiled. "You could always mow the lawn for me." I gave him a look and he chuckled. He knew I hated mowing the lawn with a passion.
"Well," my mother said. "You could always babysit. I remember you used to beg me to watch Anna when you were little!" I smiled widely.
"Of coarse!" I exclaimed and gave her a hug. I ran up to my room and started making posters to hang around Burgess, letting people know there was a babysitter in town. When I had a sattisfiable amount of posters made I went straight to bed, wanting to get a good nights sleep for my hang out with Jack.
^^The Next Day^^
I knocked on Jacks door. Mr.Frost opened it with a warm smile.
"Hello, Elsa! Jacks up in his room, you can go right up!" I thanked him and climbed up the steep steps. I knocked on his door and slowly opened it. He was putting some things in a backpack. He looked up and smiled. He walked over to me.
"Hey, Elsa!" He greeted while giving me a friendly hug. I hugged back.
"Ready to go?" I asked. He grabbed his backpack and nodded. We walked down the stairs. He yelled 'Bye!' to his dad and we walked outside into the warm air.
The park was only about a 8 minute walk from his house. When we arrived, we sat on the swings and talked.
"So," Jack said. "How are you liking Burgess High?" I sighed, thinking of all the drama Lizzie caused about me.
'It's been interesting. Especially your girlfriend. She really doesn't seem to like me." Jack stared out into the pond in front of us.
"That's not true." He didn't sound to sure.
"Please," I exaggerated the word. "She's made my life a living hell ever since I became friends with you." It was true. She always found ways to hummiliate me or make me feel like a small insignificant being.
"I don't know. She's...changed. She's not like she was when we first started dating. She was fun and care free. Now all she cares about is her image, and barely hangs out with me. And when she does, it's to kiss." He stood up angrily from the swings, he started to pace. I could tell he was going on a rage.
"And you know what else?!" He asked to no-one in particular. "She tries to make me dress a certain way! Like she'll look lame if I do. Like she's embarrased to be seen with me! And she always forgets important dates, also!" If his voice raised any higher he would be yelling. "Like birthdays! Anniversaries! Dates! But I remember! I'm more invested in the stupid 'relationship!'" He made air quotes with his fingers. "You know what?!" Now he was yelling. "It's not even a relationship! A relationship is when two people truly care for each other! Not one person following the other around like a love-sick puppy! I'm done! I'm done with worrying about my appearence, how I act, who I talk to! But most importantly," he stopped pacing and glared in the direction of the lake. "I'm through with you! I'm done with trailing behind you! We're through, Lizzie! You hear that?! It's OVER!" He fell to his knees, breathing hard trying to catch his breath. I tentively walked over to him. I placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Jack? I think you should-"
"Dont!" He cut me off. "Don't tell me to calm down! This is none of your buissiness." I glared at him.
"Fine!" I yelled. "You ddon't want to be calm? Fine! Get angry! Let it out! Ahhhhhhh!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Jack smirked.
"Calm down, Elsa!" He screamed.
"I amcalm! Hear this?" I screamed again. "I'm perfectly CALM!" We started laughing hystarricaly. We laughed so hard we couldn't breath. We fell to the ground, my head resting on Jacks stomach. When we finaly calmed down, we stayed on the ground, me head still on his stomach. He started playing with my hair, but I didn't mind.
"Wanna go for a walk?" Jack asked, I nodded. I started getting up, but my feet got caught on something and I fell on top of Jack. Right on his lips! We were kissing! I quickly got up and crawled backwards awa from him as fast as I could. He looked like someone just slapped him.
"What?" He asked.
"I didn't-" I started but a familiar voice cut me off.
"What the [insert word of choice], Snow?!" I looked up, and to my horror saw Lizzie standing there with a pained expression. I muttered a swear word under my breath.
"Sh-"
