Chapter 10

I walked closer and realized they were talking. Being the nosy person I am, I hid around the corner so they wouldn't catch me snooping.

"Look," I heard Jack say. He sounded annoyed. "I can't keep doing this. I'm done. No more." There was something in his voice that I couldn't recognize.

"Jack," Lizzie said, it was evident in her voice that she wasn't sure what was going on but had a pretty goodclue. "I don't understand? You're breaking up with me?" She sounded hurt. Jack sighed.

"Yes, I am. I just...don't feel the same about us anymore. And I've found someone else." My heart faltered. Already? Who could it possibly be?

"What? Who is this 'someone else?' It better not be that slut Elsa." She was attracting a crowd.I joined them and hid in a spot where I could see but not be seen. Lizzie had her arms crossed over her chest and Jack was running hhis hands nervously through his hair. He shot her a stern look.

"Don't you call Elsa a slut!" He demanded. A small, heartless laugh escaped Lizzies lips.

"So it is her. I should've known. It was that day at the park, wasn't it, when you finnaly realized your 'feelings?'" She made finger air quotes. "After that skank kissed you, even while she's dating Bunny?" She spat, Jack gaped at her. I clenched my fists at my sides.

"She triped and you know it!" Jack defended me, his mistake.

"I don't hear you denying anything! All I hear is you defending your best friends girlfriend!" She yelled, the crowd of onlookers growing. "I wish I knew where she was so I could beat the mess out of her for stealing my boyfriend and betraying poor Bunny!"

Suddenly I was being pushed by an unknown force towards the drama. Next thing I know, I'm standing right in front of Lizzie. I turned and saw Tooth was the unknown force. I glared at her and she smirked, turning to Lizzie.

"She's all yours!" And with that she sank back into the crowd. Lizzie turned to me with a death glare.

"You! Youre the reason Jack wants to end things! Ever since you kissed him, you two-timing jerk!" She yelled at me, slamming the books out of my h a ands and sending my things flying. I glared at her.

"That's not true!" I said. "I tripped and you know it!" The crowd booed me.

"Excuses!" Someone yelled from the crowd.

"And why would I steal Jack from you? I already have Bunny!?" I yelled.

"I bet you were getting tired of Bunny and wanted some more action!" She retorted, I scoffed.

"Please! As if I would ever cheat on Bunny!"

"Well evidently that's true!" She shouted. I couldn't take it anymore, I lunged at her, slamming her into the lockers. The crowd went wiled, chanting "Fight!" repeatedly. I pulled my arm back to punch her but she kneed my stomach and I doubled over in pain. She took this opportunity to grab my hair and slam my head into the lockers. I felt something warm drip down my head but ignored it. I grabbed her wrist and pulled down as hard as I could. She fell to the ground and I pinned her to the floor. She struggled but I just tightened my grip on her. Then I was being pulled up. I thought it was a teacher at first but soon realized it was Bunny. He pulled me up and led me away. I could hear Lizzie screaming insults at me and the crowd cheering but I didn't pay much attention. All I could hear was my blood pounding in my ears. My head felt like it was about to explode. I closed my eyes and leaned on Bunny, letting him guide me. Iopened my eyes when we reached a door. It was the door to the school. He opened it for me and we walked into the warm air.

"Where are we going?" I croaked.

"Im taking you home to look at your head." He replied. Oh, yeah. Bunny was studying to become a doctor.

"It will take a while to walk back to my house." I said, he smiled.

"Lucky for us, I drove to school today!" He opened his car door and I climbed in. He walked around to the other side and hoped in. The drive was about 5 minutes. When we got to his house, he helped me out of the car and to the front door. He walked me up the stairs and into his bathroom.

"Up you go." He said while grabbing my waist and lifting me onto the counter. He grabbed a cloth and put water on it. He then gingerely started wiping away the blood with a concentrated expression. "Hold still, love. This part might hurt a bit." He said as he started dabbing at the wound. I winced a little but otherwise kept perfectly still.

He went to his cabinet and rummaged around a bit. He sighed and turned to me.

"All we have is Hello Kitty band aids. Is that all right?" He held up the box of band aids. I smiled and nodded. He took a band aid out of the box and walked back to my spot on the counter.

"Hold still." He whispered. He leaned in close and gently placed the bandage over my wound. I watched the way his face changed when he was concentrating. His eyebrows came slightly together and his mouth parted a little. When he finished placing the band aid, he looked me dead in the eye.

"Are you going to tell me what all this is about?" He said, gesturing to my cut. I sighed and nodded. I told him about the park and me accidentaly kissing Jack. Then about Lizzie and lastly about the argument that led to the fight. The whole time I spoke, Bunny stared at the mirror behind me, his expression remaining the same. When I finished, he looked me in the eye.

"It ment nothing right? The kiss." He asked. I smiled reassuringly.

"Nothing. You're the one I want to be with." He smiled relieved and kissed my cheek. He pulled back, a mischevious smile playing on his lips.

"I don't know, mate. I think I need some pursuading." He wiggled his eyebrows at me, I gave him a knowing smile and wrapped my arms around his neck. He put his hands on my waist and pulled me closer. Our lips met in a passionate kiss. Suddenly the door burst open.

"Whoops." I heard a familiar voice say. We broke apart and I saw Jack with a mixture of emotions on his face.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, a bit annoyed at the sudden interuption.

"I just wanted to make sure you were okay, and now I see that you are." I blushed a little.

"Um, thanks." I muttered. Jack smiled at me.

"So!" Bunny said. "If you're done making goo-goo eyes at my girlfriend, Jack, why don't we get some pizza!" Bunny suggested with a clap of his hands.

"What about school? We're performing our song in music class today!" I said worriedly. Both boys laughed at me.

"Something funny?" I remarked cooly. They slowly stopped laughing.

"Aww, don't make that face, Elsa!" Jack said. I turned away from them.

"I'm not making a face." I grumbled. Bunny turned my head to face him and gave me a small smile. After a while I did the same.

"So, pizza it is!" Jack exclaimed. I hopped off the counter and followed the boys to Bunnys car.

YES! Jack broke up with Lizzie! But then a fight happened :/

But it's all good now!! So, yeah!
