Zuko's POV
After what seemed like an eternity on the ship we finally land on the Northern Water Tribes shore. We are meet by a group of about 10 water bending soldiers that escort us to the main ice palace. I didn't know it was going to be this cold, I literally felt my toes turn into tiny icicles.
We make our way into the main grand hall where the Tribe chief Arnook is sitting in the royal chair and standing next to him is a beautiful white-haired girl who must be his daughter. Suddenly my father(who hasn't said a word to me yet.) gives the Chief a salute, approaches him without permission and declares loudly, "Are you going to accept our generous offer of allowing you to surrender before life's are taken?"
"Yes." the Chief responds coolly. "My daughter willing agrees to marry your son"
What! I had no idea that this was why he brought me here to get married!! She was beautiful but who would want to live with me and my family in the fire nation?
"Your daughter will be leaving for the fire nation with us obediently now." Ozai
"But I thought.." Arnook whispered
"Tell your daughter to get ready to leave at once." Ozai declared, "We will provide her with new RED clothing for her."
Throughout this whole time the Princess remains emotionless. Now that I get a better look at her I realize that she is not just beautiful but absolutely stunning. She has flowing white hair that is pulled up into complex loops, she has dazzling bronze complexion, and a very detailed dress on. Dirty thoughts instantly come to mind as I think of our honeymoon on Ember Island. I brush these thoughts aside as she approaches me and bow every so slightly. "Crown Prince Zuko it would be an honor to become your wife." The Princess that I still do not know the name of coolly says. Then she gives me a look that tells me she is my soul mate, and that uncle was right. It is the look that started the spark for our love.
