Merida's P.O.V

I walk to the elevator and press the down botton. I just woke up not too long ago.I put on jeans a shirt and a jacket over it. Plus some shoes. The elevator rings, announcing it's arrival. I step inside the elevator and press the B button, which stands for basement, I think. Elevators confuse me since we don't have them in the castle in Scotland. We stop at the 1st floor and the boy from District Berk, Hiccup, I think his name is, walks in and the elevator doors shut.

"Hello," Hiccup says suddenly, "you're Merida, right? The girl from District Scotland,"

"That's me," I answer, smiling slightly.

"The boy that came with you," Hiccup says, "is he your ex?" I choke down a laugh.

"No," I answer, "no, we never dated and we never will. It is a complicated story of how we met," Hiccup nods and smiles, but doesn't say anything.

"So," I say slowly, "that blonde girl who came with you. Is she your sister or something, you two seem awfully close," Hiccup smiles.

"No," he says, still smiling, "She is my girlfriend," I smile slightly. I get a feeling in my stomach. A feeling I have never felt before. I feel like I want to kill that blonde girl, Astrid, was her name. I then recognize the feeling. Jealousy. Why was I jealous? I don't even like Hiccup. Suddenly, the elevator rings, signaling that we have arrived at the basement. We both step out and walk silently to the room ahead. We walk inside and half the others are practicing. I look around and smile when I see the archery section. There is someone else in there though. He has shaggy brown hair, I think he is from District Forest. My guess was confirmed when I noticed the girl with the red hair in a ponytail standing nearby. I sigh as I look for something else to preoccupy my self with. I see the throwing knives and decide, hey, might as well give them a shot. I walk over to the station and take a throwing knife. I look at the stargets and raise my hand to throw. I throw the knife and it hits the target in the white area. I sigh and continue practicing, while keeping my eye on the archery station to see if it was open.

Jack's P.O.V

I walk into the big room filled with weapons. I could try to escape right now, but that would be hard without my staff to fly and shoot ice beams at anyone who tries to stop me. I sigh as I go over to the sword fighting area. Might as well practice with other weapons just in case my staff isn't put in the arena. A short brown haired girl walks up to me, looking nervous though excited.

"Hello," she says, smiling, "Im Rapunzel from District Tangled," she extends her hand.

"Hi," I say, shaking her hand, "Im Jack from District Guardians," she smiles

"You're kind of cute," she says.

"Kind of?" I question, laughing a bit. I look over Rapunzel's shoulder to see the light blonde haired girl walk in. I think her name is Elsa from District Frozen. I watch her in awe as Rapunzel's words fade away to where I can't hear them. When she slaps me on the shoulder do I regain control of myself.

"What?" I ask. She rolls her eyes.

"I was asking you if you would like to practice with me with the swords," she informs me, looking a bit annoyed.

"Sure," I tell her, taking a glance at Elsa, who is now throwing knives at targets. I grab a sword, so does Rapunzel. I get ready. I block Rapunzel's first attack she blocks mine as well. We practice for five minutes until Rapunzel gets tired and goes to the tree area to practice making a fire, so she can regain her energy. I walk off and look at what else I could practice. I looked around for Elsa, who wasn't at the throwing kinves staion anymore. I finally spot her at the archery station. I watch in curiousity as she shoots some arrows. They hit the target, each one getting closer to the middle. Suddenly I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around to see Rapunzel behind me, smiling.

"Yeah?" I ask her.

"I was wondering, if maybe, you and your fairy friend would like to ally with me and Flynn," I think about it. Maybe teaming up would be a good idea, we would survive longer.

"Sure," I answer Rapunzel, who squels in happiness, "I'll ask Toothiana if she wouldn't mind," Rapunzel nods as she runs back to practice other stuff. I decide I am finished here today and leave the room. I press the up button and wait patiently for the elevator. I hear someone approaching and look back to see Elsa walking towards the elevator.

"Hello," she says with a faint smile.

"Hi," I say, automatically feeling awkward. The elevator dings and the doors slide open. We boh walk inside and I press the 7th floor button while Elsa presses the 8th floor button. We stand in awkward silence.

"So," I say suddenly, "you don't seem to like the guy from your "district" much," Elsa sighs.

"I don't hate him," she says, "I loathe him. He tried to kill me and my sister to take the throne of my kingdom. My sister almost died because of him," I listen to her story.

"I'm sorry about what he did," I say sincerely, "but it's better than not to be seen," she looks over at me.

"What do you mean by 'not seen'?" she asks curiously.

"For most of my life I have been invisable," I tell her, "I don't mean bullied or anything, I literally mean that no one could see me,"

"I'm sorry about that," she says, "but explan to me why they couldn't see you, please," I shake my head.

"It's a long, complicated story," I tell her.

"I'll love to hear it sometime," she says when the elevator dings, notifying us of its arrival. I smile as I walk out of the elevator.

Author's Note:

There is chapter three! Wow, two chapters in one night. This'll be the last one tonight. Just to let you know, There most likely wont be any Mericcup or Jackunzel in this story, simply because I don't ship them. I will most likely have some Jelsa here. I might add some Jackunzel, but that is undecided. There will be no mericcup because I am telling this from how the movies ended. Hiccup and Astrid were dating when the first HTTYD movie ended, so they are dating in this story. Sorry if I disappointed some of you.
