Chapter Sixteen

"Now what?" Crawford asked me when we walked out the hotel, I told you not to come with me. I was about to answer him but I felt my phone vibrate.

"Hold on a sec." I told him answering my phone, it's Spencer. "Hello?"

"Hey Stel! Zoe and I will be out until 10 in the evening maybe, we'll be at the lake so don't go home yet immediately because I locked the door and no one's in there okay? And if you ever try to go to the lake tonight and ruin our date, I'll let you live miserable every single day for the rest of your life. Just kidding, just don't ruin this for me. I'll just text you when I'm on my way home."

"B-bu..." I was about to respond but he hung up. Dangit. Crawford and I walked inside the car and I asked him "Now what?"

"I just asked you that awhile ago." He replied with a chuckle. HE. IS. SO. CUTE. "Oh you did? I'm sorry." I told him and just let out a quite laugh.

"Do you wanna go home?" he asked me in a plain voice. "Can't. I can't get inside our house without a key." I said letting out a sigh.

"What about Spencer? Isn't he there?" he asked.

"No. He left with his girlfriend." I mumbled. I'm feeling so tired I just wanna go home and forget all the things that happen awhile ago, well, except the dancing part with Crawford, I will cherish that moment forever. AND EVER.

"Do you wanna go to the lake then?"

"Can we try some other place? Spence and Zoe went there and he told me not to go there just so I will not ruin their night." I suggested and he nodded. He started the engine and drove off, I don't care where were going, I just closed my eyes until I fell asleep.

My eyes popped up open when I felt something vibrating in the seat, its Crawford's phone and Chris is calling him. I was about to answer the call because Crawford was also sleeping but I think Chris ended it. I checked Crawford's lock screen and he missed 2 calls from Kirsten, 1 from Desiree, and 4 from Chris and when I checked the time it's already 11:30.

Shit.

I look at my sorroundings and analyzed where I am and I noticed were at the park. i looked at Crawford who is sleeping, he might also feel asleep because he got bored.

I checked my phone and I also missed some calls from Chris and Spencer. I unlocked my phone and called for Chris immediately, my brother can wait.

"Oh hey Stella! Can you please tell me what motel you went in with Crawford? We need him." Chris answered, he spoke too fast I didn't understand what he just said. "Um what?" I asked him feeling a bit confused.

"Kidding. Where are you guys? We keep on calling you but you guys aren't answering."

"I'm so sorry. We're here at the park; we just stayed here and didn't notice that we both fell asleep." I told him whilst yawning. "Okay. We'll just pick you guys up and bring Crawford home. Just wait for us."

"Wait! Can you guys just pick Crawford up at our house? We're using my brother's car and I can't drive yet so I need him to drive this thing home."

"Sure. See you there. Bye." We both exchanged goodbyes and I called my brother immediately. Whilst waiting for Spencer to answer, I glanced at Crawford and he looks so cute sleeping, just like an angel but I need to wake him up already, bye angel face. I shook Crawford's body until he blinked many times and looked at me.

"Hello?" I heard Spencer asking from the line.

"Oh hey Spence..." I was about to explain but too late, he yelled and I can feel that his a bit pissed and at the same time concerned. "WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS? Chris called me asking if you guys are here and told me that you weren't answering all their calls!"
