(Brogan)
It's been about two months since Tony fight with Nic. Tony hasn't messaged me nor Nic, so, I don't know. I'm sitting in the living room talking to my dad, Vic, and, Tino. I listened to stories that they were telling me about my mom. "Remember when she got pegged in the face with a dodge ball?" Vic said with a laugh, I giggled and shook my head. "One time we were in geography class and she was presenting her project over something, and she had to reenact something and she ran around the class room and she tripped!" Tino explained. "She got her foot caught on the desk." Mike said and shook his head.

"Mike and Katie went on a date once and Tino was like 'lets fuck with them!' Well, they were in the car making out. Keep in mind, the car was like at the edge of the woods. Well, Tino and I ran to the car and I climbed a tree and jumped on the top and I had a hanger and scraped the roof of the car and your mom lost it!" "Y'all are mean!" I said, Tino laughed. "We try." He said, I rolled my eyes. "Anyway, lets change the subject. Lets talk about something interesting." I said and Tino shrugged. "Like what?" "I don't know." I said and got up. "I'ma go nap." "Okay, no sneaking boys in." Tino said and I rolled my eyes. "Shut up, only boy that I'd sneak in is Nic."

"Hmm." "Hmm my ass." I said and ran upstairs to my room, I closed my door and jumped into my bed and wrapped myself in the blanket. "Ahh, luxury." I muttered and grabbed my phone, I called Nic and he didn't answer, I frowned. "He's probably asleep or at practice or work." I muttered to myself, I put my phone on the charger and started to fall asleep. Later I woke up to someone shaking me. "Brogan?" Nic asked, I looked at him and grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him down to me gently. "I missed you." I said and kissed him softly. He pecked me back and said, "Sorry for not answering your call, I was at band practice." He said, I nodded and curled up to him. "It's okay, don't apologize for doing what you love." I said and he nodded and started to play with my hair.

"How was practice?" I asked him and he grabbed his phone and went to his camera roll, "Here's a little video." He said and gave me the phone, I played the video and listened to the couple songs that they played. "Hey, when my dad goes on tour again, you should talk to Vic and one of the tour managers or whoever if you guys can open for them. It would be a great way to get your band out there, ya know? I know a lot of people who look for new music to listen to all the time and you band is pretty good." I said and Nic looked at me. "You're a fucking genius, baby!" "Not really." I said and sat up a little bit, he rolled his eyes playfully and kissed the top of my head.

"You're so sweet." I said and he smiled. "I try." He told me and started to play with my hair and shit. "I kinda want to do YouTube." I said, I feel like that I've told him this before, but, I don't remember. "Then do it!" He said happily, I thought about it. "I don't know, what would my channel be about?" "Art, makeup, music?" He suggested, I shrugged. I grabbed my laptop and pulled up YouTube, I scrolled through my subscriptions and looked at their main video categories. "I mainly watch heath/beauty, lifestyle, or comedy." I said and looked at Nic. "There you go, one of those are the categories you should do!" He said and I nodded. "I don't have a camera." I said and he nodded. "I'll buy you one." He suggested, I looked at him like he was crazy. "No!" "Yes! Just pick out whatever one you want." He told me and gently took my laptop from me and pulled up Amazon and logged into his account.

"Look how much gift card money I have, so, it's no big deal. I promise." He said and I nodded and started to look at cameras. I scrolled through the Amazon and Nic pointed out a camera. "What about that one?" I clicked on the thing and looked at it and the reviews and I put it in the basket. "Get a tripod and a lens?" "You sure?" "Yeeees." He said, dragging it out. I nodded and I got a lens and a tripod. He took the laptop from me and did some stuff. "Thank you." I said and he nodded. "Anything for you." He said happily and kissed my cheek. I leaned on him and yawned. "I'm so damn tired." I said, he nodded. "Me too."

"Take a nap with me, I might take another one." I said and he laughed, "You always nap." "I can't help it." I said with a giggle and I laid back completely, Nic laid back with me and pulled me to him, "You're my everything, you know that?" "Yes." I said and closed my eyes, I started to hum and then Nic started to sing. "You've got a fast car, I want a ticket to anywhere. Maybe we can make a deal, maybe together we can get somewhere.  Any place is better, starting from zero got nothing to lose. Maybe we'll make something. Me, myself I got nothing to prove." He sang softly, I closed my eyes and listened.

"You've got a fast car, I've got a plan to get us outta here. I've been working at a convenience store, managed to save just a little bit of money. Won't have to drive too far, just across the border and into the city. You and I can both get jobs, finally see what it means to be living," he paused for a slight second and started to sing again. "See my old man's got a problem, he lives with a bottle, that's the way it is. Says his body's too old for working, his body's too young to be looking like his. My momma went off and left him, she wanted more from life than he could give. Said somebody's gotta take care of him, so I quit school and that's what I did."

His voice was perfect, I started to fall asleep, but I wanted to hear him sing more of this song. I shifted a bit and looked at him. "You've got a fast car. Is it fast enough so we can fly away? We've gotta make a decision, leave tonight or live and die this way? So, I remember when we were driving? Driving in your car, speed so fast it felt like I was drunk. City lights lay out before us and your arm felt nice wrapped around my shoulders and I had a feeling that I belonged and I had a feeling that I could be someone..." Was the last thing that I heard before I fell asleep.
